IKIGAI ENTERTAINMENT (KR; 이키가이엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean Entertainment agency established in 2021 by YOON ARISOL. It is a subsidiary to her father's company, YHM Entertainment (known for developing and popularising numerous K-pop stars with huge global fandoms). IKIGAI ENT operates as a record label, music production company, talent agency, event management and concert production company, as well as a music publishing house.
Unlike most entertainment companies, IKIGAI has a unique training system whereby trainees are separated into four different divisions where their trainees are able to get specialised training in their separate talents. The trainees are ranked within their respective fields and the top trainees will be able to make their debut.
