Chapter Two - A new Friend

"Hey- I'm Bangchan!" Bangchan said loud enough to turn peoples heads and then look away. "Oh- I didn't ask, but hi?" Felix said in a very confused way. "W-would you like to be friends?" Bangchan stuttered. Felix could tell he was very nervous and that he was turning very red. "Uh," Felix hesitated, "Sure, why not?". Felix could tell that Bangchan was excited. "Uh- so since we're friends now, how about we exchange numbers- oh never mind. Maybe I'm talking too much. Am I talking too much?" Felix laughed. "Sure!" Felix took out his phone and gave it to Bangchan "Here! Put your number in, and I'll do the same." After they exchanged numbers, Felix waved goodbye since he had to make it home "Bye!" Bangchan waved like a kid.

[ Bangchan POV ]

"OH MY GOD!" I thought while jumping up and down. Then I soon realized that I was going to be late to cook dinner for my younger brother.

 [ Still Bangchan's POV ]

"Hey!" Hyunjin said while jumping onto me. "Hello, Hyunjin how was school today?". Hyunjin nodded telling me that it was good. "Great" I said. "I'm going to go make dinner 'Kay?". "Okay" Hyunjin replied.

[Narrator]

At the time Hyunjin was only in elementary school, and since Hyunjin and Bangchan's parents worked abroad, Bangchan was like Hyunjin's father. Bangchan was the only one who really took care of Hyunjin, all the parents did was send money at the beginning of each month so Bangchan didn't have to work. Sometimes when Bangchan felt sad because he was left with so much responsibility at his young age,  he always told himself that it's all for Hyunjin. When Bangchan finished cooking dinner for Hyunjin and getting him tucked in for bed. He soon realized he didn't text Felix like he planned, so he ran into his room shut and door and jumped onto his bed.

[ Bangchan's POV ]
"Man, I wonder if calling him cute was okay?" I was really worried because it took Felix a long time to respond after I sent that.

anyways instead of calling you "bangchan"
can i call you chan instead so we can be more friendly??

so i was really excited and nervous at the same time

After Bangchan and Felix talked for hours, they both agree that it was time for bed and that they'll see each other tomorrow.

[Bangchan's POV]

"What a man..." I thought. "How can he be so cute? He even offered me a nickname!". I soon went to sleep after talking to me self and preaching about how great Felix was. 

I slept pass my alarm today, I usually never do that. Furthermore, I guess talking to Felix last night really rained my energy. By the time I went downstairs Hyunjin was already gone and at school. "Man, I didn't get to make him breakfast" I whined. After I pouted about Hyunjin I went and got dressed for today, I made sure to look extra snazzy since I'm going to be seeing Felix up close and personal from today forward.

[ Felix POV ]

I waited for Chan thinking that he was running late today, knowing that we did text for a long time last night. When Chan finally arrived I noticed that he looked really put together today, "Is that why he took so long?" I thought while giving Chan a weird look. I started zoning out trying to figure out why he put so much effort into his outfit, I soon noticed something huging me.

"Uh-" Felix was very nervous and started to blush. "Hey, Felix sorry I'm late I'm today, I kinda overslept." Bangchan said. Bangchan let go of his grip on Felix. " Chan why'd you do that?" Felix said while blushing. Bangchan noticed that Felix's face was red which made his freckles stand out. " So cute.." Bangchan said under his breath. "Oh, I did that because were friends right?" Bangchan explained. "Yeah I guess" Felix replied letting his face calm down. "Well, see you during lunch chan!" Felix awkwardly said while walking away.
