Norman Can't Defend His Classmates And Phil Gets Savage While Speaking FACTS!!!

Tira's POV

When we got back I saw apple pie on the table and I could feel my mouth drool. If I'm a ghost can I still eat? Or at least eat the smell?

"Children, sit down and tell me about your first day at school!" Isabella said. Everyone sat down and the younger kids started digging in.

"How did school go?" Isabella asked. Emma gulped down her bite of pie.

"It was... interesting." Norman said with a sheepish smile. Oh no, here we go...

"Oh? Tell me more about it." Isabella asked curious. I sat down on the air next to Phil and took a deep breath in. Just from that I could already taste it. This. Was. Amazing! If I can just smell the food and actually taste it without needing to eat it, does that mean I won't ever get full?

"Well..." Norman put his fork down and I knew this was going to be good in a bad way.

"It was easy. Maybe a bit too easy. Language Arts wasn't even what it seemed to be, it was just learning grammar and vocabulary. There was also a reading that everyone had to do, but the level that is was at was..."

"Low." Ray cut in. Norman sighed and nodded. I put my hand over my mouth. Oh no, if Norman let Ray just insult everyone from his class like that that's saying something!

"And math had to be the worst." Ray pointed at Norman with his fork as he chewed the apple pie.

"Did you also have Mrs. Angermann?"

"Yeah, she was also giving off a weird aura Ray?"

"She took me to the principal's office." Emma, Don, Gilda, and mostly just everyone choked on their pie.

"What?!" Emma shouted standing up from her seat.

"Emma, sit down and let Ray explain." Isabella scolded.

"Everyone had this packet and I filled mine out and started reading. She just called a kid out for cursing at her and when he came back in he started to pick a fight with me." I could see Emma shiver.

"Why would they want to pick a fight with you out of all people?" Emma mumbled. Okay, this really wasn't fair at all. Even though that wasn't THAT savage, it was still pretty cool and yet I'm over here uncool.

"He accused me of hitting him and then she just took his word. She said something about ISS and was surprised that I didn't know."

"Well of course! We just got here not too long ago and we haven't even been to school!" Nat shouted mad.

"Ah! Three people in my history class got that. It's 'In school suspension' where you sit in a classroom with a teacher during lunch and you can't talk or go on your phone or anything." Gilda said. I was soooooo confused. How was that a punishment? If anything it's a bit annoying because you can't talk, but who would any of us talk to in there, no offense.

"That's it? They need to get more creative." Ray said and I nodded. "Anyways, she then sent me to the principal's office and the principal just let me go." He ended taking another bite of his pie. Everyone was staring at Ray in shock except for Phil who was looking around at everyone confused.

"Why is everyone shocked?" I blinked a few times and tilted my head when Phil said that.

"First off Ray was in the right, he didn't do anything or know anything. The teacher also should have known about Ray never having been to a school too, so it's her problem. Also, Ray tried burning down Grace Field so why is this the thing that's shocking everyone the most?"
