Hoshi found herself in a room, the color white stretching for as far as she could see. She recognized this place, a place where Arashi pulled her to when she needed to "talk," but it was always just torture. This thought sent fear down Hoshi's spine, and the memories tore her stomach apart.

"The vestige world," Is what Deku called this place, he had one, similar, because of One For All.

But Hoshi never found a way out of this place. It seemed Hoshi could only get out if Arashi let her.

But Hoshi knew something wasn't right this time around. Arashi wasn't here, to torture her, to mock her.

Hoshi turned to look in every direction, everywhere being the same.

I don't remember how I got here.

Her whole body started spinning, as her thoughts did too.

How did I get here? What was I doing before this?

She froze when she felt something soft get crushed under the weight of her foot. She looked down at her boot.

My boot? My hero costume? I'm wearing my hero costume? Memories started flashing in her head.

I... I was on a mission.

Then her thoughts were interrupted when she moved her foot to the side, eyes met with the color red, glowing against the white. She stared at it for a bit, then she realized it was a red spider lily. Upon realizing this, more popped up around it, seemingly out of nowhere, they all rose up and bloomed like it was spring. They continued to spring till Hoshi was surrounded by a crimson sea.

She stared at the endless rolls ruby, the way it contrasted with the white took her breath away.

I'm dead.

A single, lonely tear fell from her eye.

I died.

Her head, filling up with memories.

I remember now. I died... for them.

A smile grew across her face as more tears started forming rivers on her cheeks.

"They're gonna be ok" She finally spoke, but for no one to hear. She took a breath of relief, holding her chest as she fell to her knees. She looked up at the spider lilies that were now towering above her, she felt helpless, alone and sad. "So this is death," she chuckled, "I did it!" she stated with a fake cheer, but everything inside still hurt.

Memories of the people she loved filled her brain. That's when she knew that, she was gonna miss them, all of them.

She buried her face in her hands once again, sobbing. The cries were interrupted by two hands that grabbed her shoulders, firmly with comfort.

"It's not easy, Nat." A man's oddly familiar voice spoke.

Hoshi turned at the speed of light to get a good look at the man. Her eyes met with his dark green ones, black hair, and a nose that looked just like hers. She struggled to force words out of her mouth, "D-dad-"

"And nothing's ever easy," Cupping his daughter's face in his hands, his crying child's tears seeping through his fingers, but in this sad moment he was still engulfed with love. "I'm sorry that I wasn't there to help you through any of it, Nat." Akira smiled while tears streamed down his face, just like his daughter. "I suppose I have to call you "Hoshi" now, right?" He chuckled, bringing a smile to Hoshi's face.

"Yea, I guess you do" She laughed.

"I wanted to be there for you."

"I know you did but... shit happens."
