Finally the bell rang. I grabbed my bags and started walking home. I was lost in my thoughts when I heard wheels on the pavement behind me. It was one of the girls that I had every class with. She nodded "Hey...." I muttered back. She was on some kind of skateboard. "What's wrong with you?" She questioned. I shrugged. "Was it what happened in social studies?" "You saw that?" "Yeah. He was being pretty rude. I get liking someone who doesn't like you back. How about, you come to my house and we can talk?" "Umm... sure." she kicked up her skateboard and walked with me. When we got to her room she smiled and offered me a snack. We talked about our day and talked about music. She played piano and guitar. She was one of the new nicest person that I had talked to all day. Maybe we could end up being friends.
