17 and Pregnant

Chapter 8

I woke up and the television was still on. I didn't really pay it any attention and Lilyanna was still sleep. Mom asked me to take my brothers and sisters to school today so I'm up a little earlier than normal. I went into the bathroom and took my shower and straightened my hair whilst I was in their too. I left the bathroom with my towel wrapped around my body. I knocked on my brothers door and woke them up then did the same too my sisters.

" sis ". Hannah said

" what's up baby ?". I asked

" I don't know what to wear and I don't have any more money on my card so I can't eat breakfast nor lunch ". She complained

" we'll get into the shower after Robert and I'll have your clothes picked out on your bed and I'll give you money for lunch and I'll cook breakfast ". I assured

" thanks sis ". She said

" your welcome ". I said

I went into my room and began getting dressed. So of course you know we all go to a uniform school but I didn't feel like wearing uniform today. I put on my true religion jeans and my New Balances and a zip up hoody. I also tied the strings just because I like it like that.

Lilyanna woke up soon after so I cleaned her up and put her into her jeans and her shirt with Nike shoes. I brushed her little hairs into a ponytail and even though her hair wasn't that long but she still had hang time.

I went into Hannah's room and was looking through her closet for some clothes for her to wear. We go to a uniform school so she knows what she is going to wear.

I left her room without picking out any clothing yet because I wanted to make sure she knew what she was talking about.

" Hannah ". I yelled into the bathroom

" what ?". She asked

" so you know you go to an uniform school; so how do you not know what to wear ?". I asked confused

" yeah I wanted to wear regular clothes ". She said

" well i guess you could go ahead but all that means is Robert, Jacob, and Marie are going to want to do the same thing ". I said

"Yeah I know ". She said

" well that probably wouldn't be fair ". I said

" what if I ask mom ?". She said

" if you ask mom that's completely out of my hands and then you must do whatever she said ". I assured

" okay well I'll ask mom and I'll ask for the rest of them too cause like you said they'll want too ".

" good job but seriously Hannah hurry up I'm trying to leave on time so I can get you guys and my daughter where y'all need to be on time". I said

She just laughed and continued doing what she was doing. After Lilyanna was completely dressed and her bags was packed and everything we went downstairs to the living where I placed her on to the floor as she played with her toys. I began cooking some breakfast which was just breakfast sandwiches.

When they were finished my mom came downstairs with her all white button down shirt on with her blue blazer to go over top... As well as she had matching pants that matched her blazer she had on and then Robert, Marie, Hannah, and Jacob came running downstairs for their foods too. When they finished we all was ready to leave.

And of course mom told them they didn't have to wear uniform. I gave Robert the keys to the car so he could go start it and then I gave Hannah all of Lilyanna's bags so they she can put it in the trunk. They went into the car as I grabbed a few more things such as Lilyanna's iPad and her extra toys.
