"How are you, love" I turned around when someone entered the house.

Inilibot niya ang paningin upang pagmasdan ang kabuuan ng bahay when her gaze dropped on me.

"I'm fine mom, just taking care of our house" Naghanda ako ng nga pagkain at inumin para sa tanghalian mamaya.

Andrew's still not here, i'll just contact him to say that mother passed by. He really likes my mother, he always baked cookies to give it to her so he is so happy when she's visiting in the house. He will be sad that mother visited today but he's at work.

I checked my child to see if she's sleeping and nang makita ko na tulog na siya ay saka ako bumaba at sinamahan si mama.

"What brings you here mom?" She sat on the couch and poured herself a tea.

Pinulot ko ang mga laruan na nakakalat at saka umupo kasama siya.

I wonder why she's here. Is it because of what i've done last week in the party?

"You know, why I am here" humigpit ang hawak ko sa tsaa.

Humarap ako sakanya "I don't know why you're here, just say it already mom" my voice stayed calm but annoyance were already visible.

I have a short patience and my mom's presence are making it shorter.

"I know what you did on the party" I clicked my tongue softly and she sighed

I spoke to defend myself "I don't know, what you're talking about" Huminga ako ng malalim.

She sip on the mug before speaking " You talked to him, didn't you?" Is he talking about him?

I shrugged "What if I am? Is that wrong?" Great Paris, you're being sarcastic. Fix yourself.

Inabot niya ang kamay ko "How many times do I have to tell you that he betrayed you" I gritted my teeth.

"I have a fiancee mom, i would never chased him... again" iniangat ko ang paningin ko sakanya.

"But are you treating him like a fiancee? Paris, you're about to get married. Why are you still thinking about that man? The two of you were saw talking behind the venue! Do you think Andrew would not be sad to think about his fiancee, talking to her ex?" I closed my eyes and heaved a sigh.

"Look mom, it's a nice Saturday. Can you please not ruin it? I just want to enjoy the day with my daughter" Binawi ko ang mga kamay ko sakanya.

Aalis na sana ako nang magsalita siya.

"You mean, you're bestfriend's daughter?" Napahinto ako. I clenched my fist.

"Is that why you decided to talk to Henry? To say that you have his daughter?" She continued.
