Thinking to hard Causes pain

Ugh I still can't help the feeling of my daughter dreaming she dying. It just hurts to see your little girl cry,thinking she died and it was all just a dream. Hopefully my next child will be ok with the dreams,unless it develops Katniss genes of horrible nightmares just like sophia. I swear I have deep enmity towards nightmares that come to scare my child and my wife.

Once I'm thinking to hard I realize Katniss is trying to talk to me but I'm just blanking out.
"Babe? Are you alright?" She asks
"Yah just......" On no not another flash back
"Katniss get away now!"i scream at her and she just stands up and backs away but doesn't do anything.

Aww man here it comes!

Peeta's having another flashback,but it only happens once something or someone triggers it. Then I hear the words that break me,but I know there not true.

"You mutt! You killed my family now I'm going to kill you!" He says coming closer to me. I just let him because I know he won't hurt me.
"I'm not a mutt"
"Yes you are! You killed my family so now your going to hell!"
Well that's a new side I never heard from.

"No I'm not. You love me and I love you. Peeta I know your in there try to fight it,please for me for sophia,for the baby" I say with a tear spilling down my eye.
"Hahah yah like I'd marry a whore like you!" He says wow! I seriously never saw this side of him. But here it comes he's starting to choke me.

"JOHANNA GALE HELP!" Once I finish they all come in and push Peeta against the wall while glimmer takes sophia out of the room.
"Peet calm down!" Gale says
"I'm trying!" Peeta says trying to over come his 'demon' side
"Ahhhh she's a mutt! She's worthless,ugly,a whore and she says I married her like I'd marry her!" He says but the last part he says when his eyes are crystal blue.

"What?..................."I say trying to figure out if the demon was still controlling him.
"Huh? Katniss that wasn't me! I promise I love you!" Peeta says
"I know........"I say and start to rub my neck since It kind of burns from Peeta choking me nearly to death.
"Wait.......did I do that to you?....." Peeta says with tears in his eyes

"No......you didn't........but...your 'demon' side did..."I say looking away so I won't see my peet breaking apart from his other side.
"So......that means I did it..." Peeta says
I just keep looking away until I fully see that ga,e and Johanna left the room.
"Babe....please look at me......." Peeta says
"No"i say but it sounded way to harsh

"Why not?" Peeta says
"I can't see you break yourself when you know it wasn't your fault" is say now shedding some tears.
"Well I wouldn't be breaking if you left!" He says
"What was I supposed to do! I'm not afraid of you Peeta,I'm freaking in love with you!"i say now shedding a couple more tears.

"Well if you really loved me you'd make sure I wouldn't try to hurt you it the kids!" He says
"Well sorry for making a bad choice trying to help the one I love"i say then walk into the bathroom.
"Baby please come out" Peeta says

"Why? So you can make me feel even more guilty?" I say under my breath
"I heard that" Peeta says
"Of course you did" I whisper
"Stop!just,just stop it already!" He yells
"Stop what! Peeta I tried to get the real you out if the bad side of you! Don't you understand I'm not afraid! Actually I'm less than afraid I'm fine" I say then Peeta just opens the door.

"Baby?" He says
"Mhm" is say
"Look at me please"
"Fine" I say and shed a tear
"I'm sorry ok?"he says
"You don't need to be sorry,I should be I wasn't thinking and I could've caused a death of mine and this baby"i say rubbing by small baby bump.

"It's ok now,let's go back to ten others" Peeta says then we walk back down stairs like nothing happened.
Once we reach down stairs we see everyone watching frozen since its Sophia's favorite movie right now.
'Hey a baby,wanna go to Disney on ice this weekend?'Peeta whispers in my ear and I nod and say that's nice.

During the Movie I see sophia is singing along. It's so cute! But once she's done the song I start to drift off into a pit full of nightmares,waiting to escort me to president snow so he can torture me till my life ends in his hands.
