Chapter One: Naruto and the Lightning Village

14-year old Naruto Uzumaki is now not only the new ruler of the Hidden Lightning Village and he also Chunin. He wore standared sky blue long sleeve t-shirt and pants and navy blue flak jackets. He spent his time busy doing his paperworks. One of his subordinates, Iwami Yamanaka showed up.

" We got three kunoichis from the Hidden Leaf Village." Iwami said.

" Where did you find them Iwami?" Naruto asked.

" In the remoted mountain ranges almost close to the Hidden Lightning Village." Iwami said. " We found them barely injured and lost their consciousness. We have no other choice but to held them as prisoners."

" May I see them?" Naruto asked.

" Sure." Iwami said.

Later, Naruto went to the Hidden Lightning Military Police Station Jail Cell as they saw Sakura, Ino and Hinata were sitting in the chair. Naruto tries to interrogate the three.

" Sakura Haruno. Ino Yamanaka. Hinata Hyuga." Naruto said. " What brings you here into the territory of the Hidden Lightning Village? You three didn't realized that you three were caught and claimed that you three were spies."

" We're not spies! How could you make yourself leader like that and accusing us for espionage?! " Ino said.

" Things changed now." Naruto said. " I'll asked you three again, what are you doing here in the Land of Lightning?"

" We sat out on the mission, looking for you and we might think that you were still training under Jiraiya-sensei." Sakura said. " But we got ambushed by unknown ANBU member."

" Unknown ANBU member."  Naruto said. 

" Sorry Naruto. We didn't expected that you became a new village ruler of the newly established Hidden Lightning Village." Hinata said.

" Me and the Fourth Raikage already made an agreement in order to stop the conflict between the Leaf and the Cloud is by creating another hidden village in the Land of Lightning." Naruto said. " I think that was about six months ago."

" Six months ago." Ino said. 

" Now Lady Tsunade is concerning you three." Naruto said. " I'll sent a letter to Lady Tsunade for a meeting here. I'll have a room inside my compound for you three needs to stay."

The next morning, Tsunade and Naruto were at the Village Chief Palace for a meeting.

" You created the new Hidden Village in the Land of Lightning without consulting me." Tsunade said.

" It was Pervy Sage's idea to create a new hidden village without assistance from the Hokage in order to make a peaceful settlement between the Leaf and the Cloud." Naruto said.

Tsunade deadpanned.

" Wow." Tsunade said. " That Jiraiya will be in trouble. When I find him, I'll punched and bruised him in each body for doing something political psycho.  Anyway, I've planned to talked to the Raikage about the plans how to get rid of the Akatsuki."

" They nearly captured me during the Chunin Exams." Naruto said. " Itachi Uchiha is already a member of the group."

" His younger brother Sasuke is going after Itachi by lending powers from Orochimaru." Tsunade said. " That old sensei 3rd Hokage. How could he letting Itachi do his mission to kill his own clan."

" Uchiha Coup might have something to do with the massacre in which Itachi didn't agreed in the Uchiha Clan's plan of coup d'etat." Naruto said. " If the Fourth Hokage is alive, he will foiled the Uchiha Coup."

" I've heard that Ino, Sakura and Hinata were here." Tsunade said.

" They're safe." Naruto said. " I still not sure who sent those three on the mission."

" It seems odd." Tsunade said. " I would never giving them some dangerous mission. Maybe some ANBU members did it without authorized by myself as the Fifth Hokage."
