Angel Face (AixSyo oneshot)

Syo wondered why Ai did not want to be seen sleeping.

The first time they met, Ai warned him and Natsuki to stay away whenever the cyanette would sleep. Heck, there was even a boundary in their room that Syo wasn't allowed to cross unless permitted, and it really bugged the blonde for some unknown reason.

"Ugh...I don't get him sometimes!" Syo exclaimed as he tossed around his bunk bed.

Recently, he felt really strange around his sempai. For instance, his stomach would do back flips whenever his blue orbs would make contact with cyan colored ones. His heart would beat rapidly when Ai was near him, and the blonde would get hot and bothered everytime he was physically helped by his senior. He had already talked this over with Natsuki when they were alone and the shorter blonde did not like the other's response at all.

'You like him don't you?'

"Why the hell should I!?" Syo said to no one in particular although he did attract the attention of his Piyo-loving roommate.

"What's wrong Syo-chan?" Natsuki asked as he climbed up the other's bed.

"N-Nothing!" the younger replied as he turned his back to his companion.

"Is it about Ai-chan?"

"O-Oi! Don't just say that out loud!" Syo exclaimed as he sat up with a red face.

"Relax Syo-chan! He's not here." Natsuki assured his blushing friend.

"Whatever." The munchkin muttered as he closed his eyes. He would never admit it but what if Natsuki was right? What if his bizarre relationship with his sempai somehow managed to unlock emotions Syo never even thought he had towards the cyan-haired teen? What if those times where he disliked his sempai bloomed into something else, specifically, in a romantic sense?

'Ugh...maybe I shouldn't have minded him so much!' Syo thought helplessly.

"By the way Syo-chan, I won't be around 'till next morning because of my recording with Tokiya-kun." Natsuki began. "Will you be alright?"

"Of course I will be, baka!" Syo exclaimed. Frankly he was more concerned about Tokiya's well-being, having Natsuki around and all.

"Well I better start packing!" the taller of the two chirped and climbed down to get the things he needed. "Oh, and Syo-chan?"

Said boy responded upon being mentioned. "Yeah?"

"Don't do something I wouldn't do~!"

Syo's face turned beet red as he threw some pillows to his laughing roommate. He was going to do something but absolutely nothing of that sort!

What he planned to do was risky and maybe even life-threatening, but he was determined to do it anyway! He broke rules before so how should this be any different?

Tonight, Syo was going to take a look at his sempai's sleeping face.

Night finally came for Syo to execute his plan. The blonde did his work before going to bed, in accordance to Ai's schedule, and fake-slept for 2 hours since his sempai was still using the PC.

At exactly midnight Syo, with his awesome Prince of Fighting skills, silently made his way to Ai's bed. The blonde purposely opened the curtains a few hours ago to let some moon light in (and so he wouldn't trip over things and blow his cover). Expertly tip-toeing his way, Syo paused upon seeing the tuft of cyan hair that belonged to his sempai.

'Damn it Kurusu! Why are you getting nervous!?' the violinist thought. All the while he was confident about his plan but once he got nearer, his face became hot and his palms sweaty.
