I Still Remember

chapter 1

Harry and Louis hated each other. They had a reason though. They used to be okay but after it happened everything got bad. Not just between them but also for louis. He drunk too much and then cried on the bathroom floor because he was such a mess. It started getting a little better. He only got drunk in the weekends and didn't end up on the bathroom floor -sometimes he still does but not so frequently.
This all wasn't just because of harry but also because he was scared, scared of what people would think of him when he told them the reason why he did it. He didn't just break up with her 'cause he didn't like her anymore. He broke up with Gemma because he realized he never loved her in that way because......he was...... GAY. Or so he thinks, he still isn't sure. I mean he never had a boyfriend or even just a crush on a boy, but he did feel way more attracted to the men on the television when he's watching whatever is on TV.

He already told his mom. Jay was happy for him, and she even said that she wasn't surprised - he didn't know if that was a good or a bad thing.

He also told his best mate, Liam. he knew Li would be okay, but he was really okay. All he said was 'So are there any hot guys at school?' which just made him laugh.

His sister also knows, but he didn't plan coming out to her -definitely not like that. It was actually pretty funny. Louis was helping Lottie with her maths homework when she said: 'Oh shit, this was supposed to be a straight line, but now it's all messed up, ugghh!' When his dumb ass said: 'No worries I was too' its really stupid, but her face was priceless. She looked so shocked as if she had seen a ghost or something. Louis didn't realise what he said until he felt her arm swing around his waist. He hugged her back, innerly swearing at himself for saying that. At least she was proud of him.

''Louis!'' he heard his mom yell ''get down here you're gonna be late, Liam's already here!'' At that he stood up, packed his backpack and ran down the stairs almost falling over something the little twins must have left there. Dais and Pheebs kept leaving there toys everywhere.

When he came down, and looked at the clock hanging from the wall he realized he didn't have any time to eat breakfast at home. So he took his coffee and his croissant and ate it on there way to school.

He didn't have a car, or a license. Luckily Liam did. So he picked him up every day before school.

When they arrived, louis looked out of the window while Liam tried to find a good parking spot.

'' Hey, you alright? '' Liam asked, noticing the way louis was looking, blankly, out of the window.

'' Yeah, I'm fine'' he said, sounding sad. "I'm just a bit stressed for the English test." Liam opened his mouth to say something but closed it again. He probably noticed Louis' mood. This is one of the reasons Liam's his best friend. He knows when Louis wants to talk, or when he doesn't, and right now he doesn't. 

After a few minutes of just them sitting there Liam asked: "Louis?" Louis turns around to look at him. "Do you want me to stay home with you tonight?"

Louis totally forgot about the party they where supposed to be going to. He knew it was better he stayed home ,because he knew he would end up on the bathroom floor crying while Liam tries to comfort him. so yeah he wanted him to stay with him."Yeah. I mean I'm not gonna go, but if you want to go you can." 

"No Louis, If you're not I'm not either. I'm not stupid, I know you don't like being alone when you're sad." 

He could try to deny it, but he didn't even have enough energie for that."Yeah, you're right." Louis said "The thing is, I don't really know why I'm sad. I just am." He saw that Liam wanted to say something so Louis began to talk again, 'cause he was pretty sure he knew what he was gonna say. "No Li, I'm over that! It's been a half year. i don't care what he thinks ,or why he thinks I did it, I only care about the fact that she understands!

He didn't want to take it out on him, he just didn't want to talk about it.

They heard the school bell, so they got inside. He saw Zayn who was a friend of him, but he was basically friends with everyone. They walked to class together while Liam walked in the opposite way.
