Foxy ran down the hallway, chasing Craig. Eyes black with glowing white pupils. Foxy’s mouth was covered in blood, Craig’s blood. His mouth hung open while chasing him. They ran and ran through the long hallway, why was it so long? Craig couldn’t see a sign of end to it. The hallway kept expanding and expanding, to a point where Craig could never reach it no matter how much he tried. It was infinitely expanding, and he was stuck in it. He was gonna have to run forever if he wants to live. Craig wanted to stop running, his legs were so tired and his left arm was injured badly, and bleeding. His body was full of bruises and his uniform was stained in crimson blood. He just wanted it to stop, make everything stop! Then screams echoed through his head, the screams of the dead children. But they were different. They were not screams of horror or terror, but they were screams of pain, screams of the unfortunate souls of the five dead children. Tormented, murdered, shoved into suits of metal, wires, and crossbeams, by the man behind the slaughter. He can hear it; he can hear the screams slowly turning into laughs. Laughs that does not sound like a playful or friendly child at all. They were menacing laughs, all voices of the five children turned into menacing laughs as wisps started appearing and forming into an image of a man in a purple shadow, silently laughing as the man smiled widely, so sinister. He just wants it all to stop, hear the bells ring as a sign that his shift was over and leave this terrifying place, and be wrapped around the arms of his beloved.
“Save him” whispers echoed
“Save them” they echoed more violently as Craig slowed down. He pressed his head with his palm, giving it pressure to ease the pain. They kept echoing, repeating and repeating, echoing more violently and louder than ever as his vision slowly faded into darkness.
“You can’t”
Then everything was black
Craig’s eyes shot open as he jolted upright from his sleep. He pressed his palms on his face as he sighed in relief. It was just a dream. No, a nightmare. He sat up on his bed, slumping his shoulders and resting his head on the wall. It has already been 7 months since he had the same nightmare. Well, not exactly the same from before when he started his job as a nightwatch from the old location of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. There was a slight difference. On his previous nightmares, he ran down an empty hallway on his own without Foxy chasing him and the purple shadowy man or whatsoever, was not there. There were no screams, or menacing laughs. But the whispers were still there, ‘save him’, and ‘save them’, but ‘you can’t’ was not heard. He was just running, not knowing why, but it was definitely clear that he was running in the halls of the pizzeria. It scared the living hell out of him. He checked the time on his watch; 10:45 pm
He groaned miserably. He needs to get ready for his shift. He jumped out of bed and approached his closet. As he opened the doors of the closet, he picked out his uniform and tossed it on the bed. He glanced at the mirror at his own reflection as he tucked his uniform and fixed his belt in. After changing to his uniform, he opened a drawer from the bedside cabinet and took out a little piece of paper and a pen.
“I’m leaving now. If there’s anything you need, or if anything, anything happens, just call me. I love you”
-Craig
He wrote. He left the note beside the lamp and left. He didn’t have any problems with how Kyla can call him if she’s blind. Kyla was perfectly familiar with how everything in the house works, especially the phones. Heck, she could press the buttons a lot faster that anyone. Not bad for a blind person, really.
——TIME SKIP TO THE PART WHERE CRAIG ARRIVES AT THE PIZZERIA————————————————————————-
He took out his keys from his pocket as it jingled. He inserted it on the lock and twisted it, unlocking the doors. As he entered and closed the doors, locking it again, just in case, he glanced at the hallway, noticing a flash of light from the office. Jamy is here already? That was unexpected. It was surprising that Jamy came earlier than he did. As he entered the office, Jamy smiled as he waved at him. Craig smiled tiredly in response. “Hey, it ain’t like you to greet me without a ‘sup’ or a ‘hey’” Jamy rambled as he handed him the tablet. Craig rubbed his head tiredly and picked the tablet from him. “You okay?” Jamy asked a bit out of curiosity.
