"I'm laying here in nothing but my feelings
Thinking 'bout our shadows on the ceiling
Waiting for you
So you should probably come through if you know what's good for you
You should come and see me (you should come and see me)
In nothing but my feelings (in nothing but my feelings)
You should come and see me (oh-oh-oh-oh)
If you know what's good for you..."Perrie hummed the words from one of her new songs she was listening to whilst in the bath. She could see the sun set down from the small window in the bathroom as the bubbles began to disappear and the water slowly became colder and colder.
The blonde deeply sighed, admiring her fresh manicure, then blew out the three candles on the window seal and got out of the bathtub.
She shivered as she wrapped herself up in her pink towel and almost run to her bedroom.
Her clothes were neatly laid down on her bed, waiting for her. Perrie never used to wear clothes in the house, it was normally just joggers or comfy pyjamas, but she decided she was gonna make an effort for that evening. Nothing special, but she decided to go for a white pair of trousers with a light pink blouse. Before she put them on, the girl smiled slightly whilst picking out some white lingerie from her drawers and finally got dressed.
Going downstairs, the girl was met by Hatchi, clearly very disappointed by the fact that his mum left him for an hour or so whilst she got ready.
Once in the kitchen, Perrie filled all four of the dogs' bowls with their food before beginning to cook dinner for herself and Alex.
She moved the big vase full of sunflowers from the counter to make more space. She didn't know much about flowers, but just like any other girl, she loved every time Alex would surprise her with a fresh bunch. And throughout the years, she had learnt what to expect: roses for Valentine's Day or their anniversary, because they obviously are the flowers of love; tiger lilies for her birthday because in Alex's opinion they were joyful, good for a special celebration; and sunflowers every time she came back home after being away for a while, because Alex always said they reminded him of her smile.
So now she knew, it didn't matter if she went away for a week or a month, she would always find sunflowers on the kitchen counter, waiting for her.
Perrie got her Alexa to play her Spotify playlist as she started to cut the chicken ready for her curry.
She hated silence. She hated being home alone. Every little noise would make her paranoid, setting off her anxiety. Especially after touring, after weeks upon weeks of being surrounded by people 24/7.
Perrie and the girls finally had a couple of days off after almost two months on the road. It was always nice to spend time with family and friends, and Perrie couldn't wait to finally be able to spend some time with Alex. But despite being only her first day back home, with Ellie back to South Shield to see her family and Alex at training, she immediately began to feel lonely.
Luckily, cooking always relaxed her and preparing her curry kept her busy for a good half an hour.
Beep-beep.
The girl looked at her phone whilst stirring her rice.
Alex
«Sorry babe, we're not done yet x We've got caught up with something, I'll try and get home as soon as I can :( xxx»
Perrie rolled her eyes, disappointed, but replied to Alex's text as if it was not a big deal. She knew better than anyone else that these kind of things just happen and work is work, and there's nothing they could do about it.
She plated up her dinner and and make up Alex's plate, before wrapping it in cling film and putting it in the microwave, ready for him when he got back home.
As she sat at the table and tasted her food, she was very impressed with how well it turned out and hoped Alex would get home soon to taste it as well.
The girl tried all she could to keep herself busy whilst waiting. She finished her dinner and washed up all of the pots and pans she used to cook. She wiped clean the kitchen sides and cleaned after the dogs, who always made a mess whilst eating their dinner.
At almost ten o'clock, Perrie could feel her eyes closing as she finished watching a movie, so decided to go upstairs to bed. She changed into her silky pyjamas and brushed her hair before getting under the duvet.
She had almost closed her eyes when the dogs barking made her jump.
'Shh, quiet boys. Where's your mumma?'
Perrie laughed hearing Alex asking questions to the dogs, as if they could answer back.
Alex quickly realised she was upstairs and went to join her. He opened the bedroom's door very slowly, just to make sure she wasn't asleep already.
'Hey!' Perrie smiled, glad he arrived home before she fell asleep.
Alex closed the door behind him, not to let you much light in the already pitch black room.
'I'm so sorry, baby. It's so late.'
'It's not your fault.'
Alex smiled in the dark sitting on the bed next to Perrie. He softly kissed her on the lips as she sat up.
'I'm here now. I missed you! How was your day?'
'Very relaxing.' Boring was the adjective Perrie was thinking about, but she didn't want Alex to feel even worse.
'You smell lovely.' Alex said rubbing his nose in the girl's hair.
'I'll have to trust you on that one. I'd think I smell like curry to be fair.'
'Did you make a curry? I can't believe I missed it!'
'There's some left for you. It's in the microwave. Didn't you eat?'
'No, I'm starving.'
'Go and heat it up then.'
'Nah, food can wait. I'd rather stay here with you for a while.'
'How was work?'
'It was alright, but I just thought of you the whole day. I'm so excited we finally get a whole week to spend together.'
'Me too.' Perrie said just before letting out a big yawn.
'Do you want to go to sleep baby? You seem tired.'
'I want to sleep but I want a cuddle at the same time.'
'What about I'll cuddle you to sleep? But I want a kiss first.' They both smiled, leaning over towards each other until their lips met.
They were both clearly hungry for each other, as none of them had any intention to end that kiss, that instead began to be more and more passionate.
Alex finally stopped the kiss, but Perrie immediately leaned closer for more, which caused the boy to laugh.
'I thought you wanted to go to sleep.'
'That's not what I want anymore.' The girl replied in between heavy breaths. She then proceeded to kiss Alex's face, up until his ear.
'What do you u want then?'
'I want you to touch me.' She whispered into the boy's ear.
Alex didn't even try to hide how happy he was that Perrie changed her mind and decided sleep could wait. He laid on top of his girlfriend and decided to waste no time: after running his fingers across the girl's stomach, he immediately went into her shorts.
The boy smirked. 'You've been planning it all along, haven't you?!' He said as he felt the lacy thong Perrie was wearing.
'I actually had a matching bra too, but you arrived too late.'
'Good.' Alex said whilst making his way with his fingers inside the girl's body. 'Less stuff for me to take off.'
'Mmm...' the girl moaned softly. 'You're not wasting time.'
'Can you blame me? God... I've missed you.'
Perrie didn't say anything back as she began to switch off her mind to completely enjoy the moment.
She always found fascinating how much Alex would talk whilst being intimate. She would repeat every single word that let her boyfriend's mouth in her head like a sort of lullaby.
The girl was brought back to reality when Alex started to undress her, taking a few moments to stare.
Perrie always blushed, every time he looked at her naked. Even after years. That same body she used to hate for so long, someone else found so attractive and she just could not figure out why.
The blonde then tried to hide a smile by biting her bottom lip as Alex took his clothes off, still straddling her.
Alex noticed and laughed loudly before kissing her.
They both became more serious when he started making his way inside her again, this time not with his fingers.
They weren't talking anymore, just panting, allowing themselves to feel all the emotions that that moment was provoking in them.
Perrie couldn't help but dig his fingernails in the boy's skin, whilst one of her hand was on his neck and the other on his shoulder, trying to pull him even closer to her, if possible.
Alex knew that meant that his girlfriend was close to release her pleasure and started to fasten his pace, until they both moaned a little louder, before their breathing slowed down back to normal.Alex was playing with Perrie hair, who's head was laying on his chest.
She kept closing her eyes, then opening them again to look up to him.
'What?' He smiled.
'I'm so tired.' She said.
'Go to sleep baby, you deserve it.' He kissed her head gently.
'I'm tired but I don't want to sleep. I don't even want to blink because I don't want to miss out on anything.'
'That's just the best thing someone ever said to me. I love your eyes and I love the way they look at me.'
'It's because I love you.'
'I love you more.'[Hi everyone :)
This is a bit of a disclaimer: I'm not very good at writing short stories (probably not even that good at writing whole stories/books but okay lol) but I've had this scene in mind for days so I decided to attempt writing it :) Also I think Perrie and Alex leave us here starving when it comes to Alerrie content so I make up my own sometimes hahah I really enjoyed writing it so I would love your feedback :)
Let me know what you think xxx]
