the mermaid and the prince

i hate land(part 1)

Marinette dupain cheng was the princess of the seas and the only daughter of king tom and queen sabine though the queen had died during the birth of the princess everyone including the king believed the queen was still alive in form of marinette.

Marinette was the sweetest , kindest , and the most beautiful person in the sea. Her blue hairs were dark like the night and flew as she swam , her beautiful red tail was unique it had black ladybug spots on it, her eyes were neither like the king nor like the queen ....they were a magnificient blue bell in which any person could get lost. 

All the mermaids and mer-men of the ocean were allowed to rise up after sunset and see the land but only veryy carefully that to from the centre of the ocean where the water is deep . This was only allowed for 18+ mermaids and mer-man. But there was one mermaid who never liked it or was excited for it excusing her to never go up. Her name was PRINCESS MARINETTE.

It would be a lie if i said king tom didnt like it ....he was happy that her beautiful daughter was safe. Marinette had everything in her life but she still felt .....blank...as if she was missing something and she very well knew what it was as she looked out of her room window in utter dispair. 

Marinette was lacking a friend...whom she could say everything ....whom she could always trust...for whom she would do anything......whom her heart would ache and she would be striving to talk to....marinette was lacking a soulmate who would embrace her in her hardest times. She never liked any mer-man of the seas....they just didnt have that personality or charm ......they might be good people but not what marinette needed....

" tikki......do u ever think i will find my soulmate......all my friends are 18 and have already had their first kisses long back and i am a lone girl who never even fell in love " the bluenette sighed and hugged her fish . 

 " ofc marinette have trust in god .....u will definetly find someone " tikki ( talking fish ) said 

" wanna go and have some fun tikki ? " 

" sure ! lets meet alya and chloe " 

Marinette and tikki swam through the crystal ocean water ..marinette was talking tosses and rings attracting everyone towards her .,......the boys were drooling over her but she didnt like anyone.

" hey MARI WE ARE HERE !" alya shouted to the top of her voice.

Alya was marinette's bestie . She had silk hairs like a fox and always supported her bestie in all conditions. Her tail was orange with with white flickery scales causing everyone to call her the foxy. 

Marinette swam towards her friends gracefully .

" omg mari u again changed ur tail colour to pure red ! how do u do that!!" chloe asked the bluenette who had this amazing power of changing her tail colour and also of changing her voice tones . 

" haha chloe i dont know i just...do it " marinette giggled 

" hey girl we are going to swim up wanna come ?" alya asked 

" n-no i am not i-interested " marinette exclaimed and she turned back and started swimming back to her home when she suddenly notices alya's fox necklace on the ground. She picked her necklace and rushed after alya but she was already up.  Marinette grudged a bit but then swam up to hear screams of a young girl . SHE was drowning .

what would mari do ? will she break rules for a human ?
