lay down and get comfy, it's preferred that you lay on your back but you can lay in any position you want. begin saying 'i am' over and over again until you feel some symptoms of shifting. then count to 100, say an affirmation in between each number and you can visualise if you want. after you finish counting start only visualising your DR, while you are visualising you can affirm to your self identifying things like:

my name is _____ _____

i am ____ years old

i attend the school of _____

i work as _____

my friends are ____ ____ ____ and ____

my best friends are ______

my comfort character is _____

open your eyes when you feel like you're in your DR, or go to sleep and wake up there.
