The ceiling method

lay down on your back, your arms and legs can be in any position but you have to be able to easily see the ceiling. now look at the ceiling and start daydreaming about your DR (keep your eyes open !!) don't forget to add feeling, use all your senses and use your emotions while visualising. now let your mind wander about your CR, take as much time on these last two steps as you feel like you need too. now after some time, your eyes should still be open, but unfocused, now picture the ceiling moving further and further away from you (your eyelids should start feeling heavy, let them close). then visualise your DR and how you would feel on certain scenarios. now you should start to feel symptoms, keep visualising and affirming to yourself. now you can either fall asleep and wake up there or feel your body shift and open your eyes when your certain your there.
