You can make your own methods if you want, it works better and it gives you more of a relaxed feeling.
I use the raven method. you count to 100 and say your affirmations after every number. when you arrived at 100, you imagine yourself in a pretty suit or dress then you walk up a stairs to a big door of a beautiful castle. your comfort character brings you to a stage and you start doing what your good at or what you like (sing, dance, etc.). after you're done (take your time) your comfort character brings you to another door and asks you if you are ready to go. if your not ready, you don't say anything and when your ready you say yes. you comfort character opens the door and behind that door is your room in your DR. go to your bed and lay in the position you are also laying in you CR right now. then go to sleep and when you wake up, you should be in your DR.
