The café employee leads the group to their table for compensation and it was a table for VIP guests to eat there and got their menus while the employee got the waiter to get their orders running. After the waiter got their orders Keon and frost fang both look forward to seeing the food they serve in this café and after ten minutes of waiting all of the food the whole group had ordered came in fast. Devin was next to them and saw the food they ordered and he told them about already having his fill and Zapsossfinishes her meal before paying the bill with the platinum bills he saved from selling some paintings last night made. Once everyone at their VIP table was enjoying their food some of the guests in the café heard some dishes being smashed and an argument breaking out at the back corner from inside of the café near one of the ponds where this Neko elemedian man arguing with a short stout man with shut eyes appearing to be a different specie of the elemedian race, having medium black hair appearing to be accused of something he hasn't done.
Neko elemedian: *Grabbing the stout man by the collar of his shirt* Don't be acting innocent with me! One of my workers had reported seeing you snooping around our savings last night!
Stout elemedian: *Terrified* Th-th-th-that w-wasn't me, I didn't leave my apartment last night and spent my free time working on the schedules!
Neko elemedian: *Shoves the stout man down to the ground* You better repay back the savings you owed my workers you stole! *Storms out of the café*
Horace saw the commotion and helped the stout man back to his feet looking concerned and the onlookers too helped brush his belongings the Neko elemedian caused him to drop from this heated accusation.
Horace: *Concerned* Sir, did that man hurt you or something? Are you alright?
Stout elemedian: *Grunts in pain* Yes. *Takisha came by*
Takisha: Hey, we heard everything that man accused you of stealing some savings.
Stout elemedian: *Heavy sigh* I haven't gone over to his temple from last night. I have been pretty busy working on the schedules for a part-time job I was hired just for young students who wanted to learn to defend themselves against thieves who are crawling around this village for a week.
Gillsh: Thieves. Damn. I hate thieves whenever we go to a village like this.
Rayo-gu: (Gillsh, we didn't finish our food.)
Gillsh: *To Rayo-gu* You can have the rest.
Rayo-gu: (As you wish.)
Gillsh: *To the stout elemedian* so, tell us how it all happen once we are out of this café. We may try getting the side of your story.
Stout elemedian: I booked a hotel this morning. I'll take you to my hotel room and tell you everything. I must get going now. *He picks up his belongings and pays the waiter* Thank you for such customer service you provided.
Devin: *Arms behind his head relaxing* What was that fuss about?
Lorraine: We don't know Devin. I think we should head over to that man's hotel room to see if we can help him?
Horace: Guys, Takisha, Keon, and I will head over to that man's hotel room and maybe we can try figuring it why he was accused of stealing some savings from the temple he didn't do. Maybe you can just chill around one of the parks and will come back and will all go to the temple together.
Gillsh: Horace, let me and Rayo-gu go with you so I can get some specific details because I don't know if he's innocent or something?
Horace: All right. *To Sun sprite* Sun sprite, you be sure nothing suspicious comes to us.
Sun sprite: *Nods head* (Got it.)
Devin and Lorraine will remain behind and will be spending some time with Zapsoss at the nearby park close to the café they dine in just to wait for Horace, Takisha, Keon, and Gillsh to get some story from the stout elemedian man who has been accused of theft and they may try figuring out what is going on. Once the group was following the stout elemedian to this one hotel that is somewhat small and there were several hotel employees as this business was very small and the hotel looks like the city motels across the human environment away from the elemedian environment, then the stout elemedian finally made it to his hotel room and invited the whole group in for a chat and will be very free and clear to get the story in straight order in line from start to finish.
The hotel's rooms are very small, but there's plenty of space for the group of five to fit in, including their elemental monsters who were right behind them who will be listening to the stout elemedian's story about how he was accused of stealing some workers' savings from yesterday. The stout elemedian forgets to introduce himself earlier from the café and he was named, Garrick Padan, the Wraith elemedian that is a spirit and magic type elemedian that doesn't have pointy ears, but they have some kind of ability that is unknown to most scientists who hasn't studied about their kind of how they survive.
Now for Garrick's story, he tells the group about the time he applies working at the temple part-time to gain some platinum bills to buy food, water, and a place to live in as the town is starting not to be free anymore due to it being rebuilt and running with many stores, restaurants, and companies needing money to keep their businesses survive without going into depth. Garrick talks about the part as the temple is a place he works as a janitor and even makes schedules for the masters' fellow young students to arrive in the class on time with their schedule timelines will help them know what time they have to be in class without being late. When he was getting all of the schedules and giving them out to the students, he mentions noticing a shadow figure dashing past the room where he and the students were in and he follows the shadow figure as it was shaped like a man, thin shape. He followed the shadow figure across the hall and down the stairs to the locker where all of the savings are in and finds the shadow figure attempting to break into the locker where all of the temple owner's savings are in to pay his workers for all the hard work they have done for him for giving them some overtime. Horace, Takisha, and Gillsh seem a little surprised to hear everything from Garrick about his story about seeing the thief being in a thin shape, but this could be incredibly possible the shadow figure is responsible for stealing those savings and they just don't know who and Garrick doesn't have any solid evidence to prove his innocence to the man he got assaulted from the café not so long ago.
Horace seems aware that something isn't right about Garrick's story if he is being truthful or not after mentioning he has been struggling on cash after being half homeless with no food and water to survive and it didn't convince him well either he's lying or not? Someday, the whole group will try and solve who is behind stealing all of the savings from the temple to see who that culprit really is. They all must get into the temple to get some statements from that man Garrick got accused by him of stealing some savings and maybe they may get some clues that will get them on track into what's going on in this village?
