blood seeped into my mouth as a bit into a light gray pelt,the wolf was howling

¨HELP!FIrE!ATTACK¨i had told the others to warn the camp of an attack,now they emerged from the undergrowth

¨I caught this scoundrel in our territory¨,i told the alpha,blackcoat over the noise the intruder was making,

¨we should head back and be ready for an invasion¨our beta,blueeyes said,

¨okay¨blackcoat said¨but we need to figure out what pack he's from,nightpelt,may you do it since you did catch him¨

¨sure!¨i barked,i sniffed the pelt of the now-dead wolf,

¨ugh!¨i gagged¨he rolled in fox dung beforehand¨i said,¨i cant get the scent¨

we turned around to leave as a new voice and smell entered my snout and ears,mountain dogs! 

¨where do you think your going?¨the voice asked,wait,oh shoot,this wolf was the alpha of a rival pack that lived in the mountains,bluepelt.

¨leave,or say goodbye to your ears,and life¨blackcoat growled.

¨you give us this territory,and your lives will be spared¨bluepelt countered,and with that the last word before the battle were spoken,I lunged toward the beta of the invading pack,and hell broke lose.

I was cold,so cold,the rain drenched my orange and gray fur,i shivered,it had been to long since i saw my parents,a sweet and caring fox mother and my father,a slick gray wolf,i had not seen them since a pack of coyotes had swept through our den,i was a hybrid,my father had left his pack for mom and started a family,me,the oldest one,My littermate,aurora, and my little brother,a gentle wolf with flecks of orange and a white underbelly who had once,when he was a cub called my eyes weird,in truth,they really were weird,a blue right eye and a yellow left eye.Suddenly,i heard howling,i raced to see what the problem was when i saw a battle,

¨GET OFF OUR LAND!¨a black coated wolf howled,lunging at a blue furred wolf,i think i got the picture from that,the blue ones had invaded the other packs territory,i decided to help drive them off,i jumped off the ledge i had been standing on and after landing on moss,sank my teeth into a blue pelt,soon after,she was dead and the attackers had fled,

¨who are you?you dont have a pack smell,more like a lone wolf and...fox?¨one wolf sakd

¨WAIT¨one said¨you smell like...blackclaws!¨that hit me like teeth in my tail,blackclaws was my father¨but he ran off a while ago,wait!your his daughter,arent you?¨i nodded,
