Turns out that the Qudditch pitch was way louder than Rapunzel expected, and she had to wear earmuffs to muffle the noise alongside keeping the chill from her ears.

"Are you gonna tell me the secret now? It's loud, no one will hear." Ron begged. He had been trying to figure out her secret for days, and he was surprisingly determined and hadn't given up.

"Nope."

Ron groaned, slumping against the railing in defeat. "Thought it would work that time."

"Ron, if I have any strengths, it's secret keeping." Rapunzel laughed, seeing Ron's pout deepen as he huffed with frustration.

"I'll figure it out someday." He narrowed his eyes at her, as if analyzing her in hopes of being able to somehow see her secret.

Ron was soon distracted from his endeavour as the Slytherin team flew onto the pitch, and he booed obnoxiously; the sound drowned out by the Slytherin's cheers.

Rapunzel heard him though, and she smiled down at him with a half-hearted eyeroll. "You've got a real vendetta against Slytherin, huh? Just be glad Malfoy's not on the team, if he was he'd hit a bludger at you."

She stopped talking when the Gryffindor's appeared, cupping her mouth with her hands as she cheered and whooped for them along with the rest of the Gryffindors.

"You've got this, Harry!" She doubted Harry heard her, but either way he needed the encouragement. She could see his anxiety all the way from the stands.

Qudditch was way more fast-paced than Rapunzel had initially expected. Watching the players fly around as fast as they did made her feel somewhat queasy.

She could never play qudditch, the thought of being that high in the air, that fast, with nothing but a broom to keep you afloat scared the daylights out of her.

Her fears were further validated when Harry seemed to lose total control of his broom as if it gained a mind of its own, swaying side to side violently to knock him off.

"Something's wrong!" Rapunzel exclaimed, watching Harry through the binoculars. "His broom's trying to kill him!"

She gasped in horror as Harry nearly fell off the broom, gripping onto it with one hand for dear life. The broom still shook violently as if it wanted to send him flying to the ground.

Hermione grabbed the binoculars from Rapunzel, looking around the quidditch pitch for whatever or whoever could be responsible.

"It's Snape! He's jinxing the broom!" Hermione shouted suddenly, handing the binoculars to Ron.

"Snape?!" Rapunzel gasped, looking across the quidditch pitch to the commenter's box. If she squinted, she could see Snape mumbling some kind of spell under his breath; unblinking gaze focused on Harry.

"Jinxing the broom?!" Ron asked incredulously. "What do we do?!"

"Stay here, I'll figure something out." Hermione said before disappearing among the crowd in the stands, leaving them all to stand and watch helplessly as Harry dangled in the air.

Fred and George both tried to swoop down and help him back on his broom when they could, but they could never stay long enough to help him due to the bludgers soaring through the quidditch pitch.

"Hurry up, Hermione!" Ron whispered desperately, unable to look away from Harry.

Rapunzel anxiously chewed her nails, trying to think of some way she could help Harry if he fell. Maybe she could throw her hair at him, but gravity may not be on their side there.

Suddenly, Harry's broom stopped trying to shake him off, and Harry was able to get both hands on the broom. He heaved himself up onto the broom, and started flying after the snitch.

"Oh thank Merlin!" Rapunzel sighed in relief, messily tucking a stray piece of hair behind her ear, only for it to fall back into her face.

"Harry!" Rapunzel exclaimed when she saw him approaching, running towards him with her arms outstretched. She wrapped her arms around him tightly and lifted him up effortlessly, spinning around.

"You were awesome out there!" She squealed.

"Too tight..." Harry wheezed, tapping Rapunzel's back.

"Oh, sorry!" Rapunzel quickly set him back down, rubbing his back as he took deep breaths; smiling up at her to show he was okay.

"I'd say you've earned your place on the team."
