you've been acting so shady
i've been feeling it lately"What could you possibly have to tell me?" Royce scoffed. "I haven't even been around you for almost a year."
"Royce please." Summer pleaded. "It's about Joe!"
Royce slowly crossed her arms, "what about Joe?"
"May I come in?" Summer asked.
Royce hesitantly looked in the house then opened the door more, letting the blonde come in. "This has to be quick, my parents will be back soon."
Summer walked in the house and sat in the living room. "Okay... In the first half of your pregnancy, at work... Joe was always on his phone. Like it was scary how obsessed he was with the phone. Every sound he heard he would check to see if it was his phone. At first, I thought he was texting you because it was your first pregnancy. But..." She looked down. "One time we all went out to a bar and I was going to get another drink, he was right next to me and his phone was there... Royce he was texting Galina. And not friendly co-parenting texts, ones like 'look what I bought. I remember how much you loved red on me.' "
Royce looked down. Was it going on longer than she thought?
"Why are you not freaking out right now? Do you not believe me?" Summer questioned her relatively calm state.
"No no I do." Royce said. "It's just... Okay I'm going to tell you but no one else at WWE knows."
Summer nodded.
"Two days ago... Joe came back from the gym and said he had to go to Miami for a photoshoot. He asked me to check his bag for some shirt he couldn't find but his phone was right there. And it was a text from Galina asking if they were still meeting at the same hotel.." She explained as she shook her leg up and down. "Finally he told me that it had been going on a little after I was four months pregnant."
She gasped, "Royce... I'm so sorry. I should've told you sooner and maybe you guys could've worked this out."
Royce shrugged. "I know I only would stay because I would have been pregnant. But he knew what he was doing."
Summer frowned and stayed quiet, wondering if she did more damage than good.
"Why do you hate me so much?" Royce blurted out.
Summer looked up. "I don't hate you."
She raised an eyebrow. "Summer ever since the Diva era you've always been a complete bitch to me."
The blonde stood up, rubbing her hands on her jeans. "Because... Because you're Royce Presley! Everyone loves you, all the guys and the girls backstage adore you! All of our bosses think you're amazing and have no trouble giving you so many opportunities while they overlook me. And I guess I just got jealous of you..."
"Of me?" Royce almost laughed. "Summer do you know how hard it was to even be relevant when you were in your prime era? No one wanted to see Royce Presley they wanted to see Summer Rae."
She took a seat next to Royce. "I'm so sorry for being a bitch to you... I realized I need to stop trying to be you and be more of Summer. I'm really sorry Royce."
Royce smiled. "I forgive you. And I'm sorry too, I know we both had our cat fights."
The two hugged and surprisingly it felt good, a sense of relief washed over the two girls. Royce realized her and Summer spent so much time hating each other when there really wasn't a good reason why they couldn't stand one another. After they made up, Summer left the house and swore to not tell anyone what Royce had revealed about Joe.
