Anime And Chill (Hyunjin x reader)

Y/n's POV:

The ocean is the most beautiful thing ever. It's free therapy. The way the waves crash onto the shore, the feeling of sand between my toes, I love it all. But I have very bad Thalassophobia. I won't go in the water for some reason ( no I'm not a mermaid 🙄), I always avoid it. So whenever I go to the beach, I always bring a book, comfy yet beach-like clothes and a positive attitude and read.

Today's lucky book guest was Toilet Bound Hanako-kun (THE MANGA IS AMAZING ISTG). I brought all six books because who knows how long I'll be here and how fast I'll finish one. I was reading the second manga when I felt someone sit next to me. I look up and see a stunning man. My age, tall, long-ish hair and it was dark. He looked godly (fr though mans can stomp on me 🤡).

"You like that anime?" He asks. EVEN HIS VOICE IS BEAUTIFUL! DOES HE NOT LIKE ANIME? SHOOT! Lost my chance if I had any. I guess I had a visible panicked face because he said right after "I LOVE THAT SHOW!! I haven't met anyone else who likes it!" He looks adorable. He reminds me of a llama. I smile at his excitement. He's one of those guys that have the body of a mafia boss but the personality of a puppy. "I'm Y/n," I began as I held out my hand for him to shake, "You didn't ask for my name, but I said it, heh" I smirk (NOT LIKE THAT YOU WEIRD PEOPLE). He takes my hand as he says, "You didn't ask for mine, but it's Hyunjin. Hwang Hyunjin." BEAUTIFUL NAME TOO? THIS MAN IS A GODSEND! He invites me to his house to watch the show since I haven't seen it (Netflix and chill 😏✌🏻WHY DID I WRITE THAT?!)

As he was driving, I was reading the rest of the mangas because he said it was a long drive (about an hour to be exact) and plus the anime has spoilers from the manga. I finished the manga and announced it, "I HAVE FINISHED THE STORY! IT WAS SAD BUT GOOD!" He chuckles at my excitement. Or maybe he thought I was weird and was willing to drop me at the side of the road. When we go there, the sun was setting. No not sunset pretty pink colors. I mean it's pitch black with a little bit of purple.

I cried. I know. How dare I? 1, I already read it, so why did I start crying when I SAW it? 2, I AM RIGHT NEXT TO A GIFT FROM ABOVE! That was embarrassing. At least it wasn't a lot of crying. Just a few sniffles. "Hey it's okay, I know it's sad. I cried watching it for the first time too," Hyunjin says as he pulls me in for a side hug. "But it was so sad," I fake sob just so that he knows I am NOT mentally okay after that. He chuckles and holds me tighter.

"I should get home," I state looking at the time. Hyunjin said that I can stay there fir the night and I did.
