A/n: Y/n was devastated from her boyfriend, Nutty's death by a terrible case of Diabetes after eating every single piece of candy in the entire candy store in Happy Tree Village. However, Nutty came back as a ghost and possess his girlfriend's body and she is starting to have some unhealthy eating habits as time goes on.

On a very sad night in Happy Tree Village Cemetery, where everyone has attended Nutty's funeral after he suffered a terrible death of Type-2 Diabetes when he literally ate every single piece of candy at a local candy store in Happy Tree Village. The doctors couldn't be able to save him from all the sugar he consumed and he also suffered a few stab wounds from a entire box of candy canes. His beloved girlfriend, Y/n L/n was crying a river of tears from this terrible tragedy. She loved Nutty a lot since on her first date at the ice cream social and had a sweet and loving relationship together until that faithful night. She did try to warn him about not to go crazy with all that candy he was about to consume all that sugar in the store, but he wouldn't even listen and eventually met his cruel and bitter-sweet fate.
Everyone was very sad for Nutty's death and he was given a proper burial at the Happy Tree Village Cemetery as well as a heartwarming speech from Dracunyan.
Dracunyan: Citizens of Happy Tree Village. We are gathered here today to experience the tragedy of Nutty the Squirrel after he suffered the dangerous disease of Diabetes, but at least his death was sweet while it lasted. We will always remember this sugar-crazed squirrel and his unforgettable and irresistible taste in sugar coated treats.

His life and death was so sweet but never bittersweet to say the least...
After Lumpy buried Nutty's coffin to his burial spot thanks to his skills as the village's undertaker, everyone except Y/n went back to their homes for the night. Y/n is heartbroken of her boyfriend's death and she will never forgive herself from not stopping Nutty from going cuckoo for coco-puffs for all that candy he consume before the all damage of the Diabetes had done to her boyfriend.
Y/n had placed a chocolate rose on his tombstone to remember the time that Nutty did his own crazy version of the tango with the same chocolate rose he used that actually touched her heart and their loving relationship was cooked to perfection.
Y/n kneeled by her boyfriend's grave, clasped her hands together and said her prayers of his demise.
Y/n: Dear, Lord. If you can hear my prayers to you, please don't let me forget my beloved boyfriend after he died of diabetes and give him the peace he wanted and I promise to remember all the good times we had together. I will always leave a yummy chocolate rose to remember him by. Amen.
After she made her prayers to the man upstairs, she leaves the cemetery but not before getting a last look of Nutty's grave. She got in her car and drove herself all the way back to her home. Then out in the distance around the cemetery is the sound of a crazy laughter from familiar sugar-crazed character from beyond the grave.
