Goals of a Primatist Government

Over the past several centuries, it has become increasingly apparent that uniform governments do not functipn as intended. The goal of The Primatist Manifesto is to establish a chaotic governmental structure that will ensure peace throughout the nations which it is instilled. A manifesto such as this is bound to fix the world's governmental issues and allow for world peace.
The Primatist form of government would allow for world peace via means that will be discusses further in this manifesto. Any and all peoples who follow its lead will surely lead good lives and have happy futures.
