Marcy woke up early and got her children ready for the day. She put them all in with Maddie and Lisa, who were both still asleep then went downstairs to let in the movers.
She started with everything on the ground floor that belonged to them. Everything was either clearly labeled or sitting out in the foyer. While they were doing that, she went to wake up Chase so he could put his things on the trucks.
When that was done, she went upstairs to awaken Mal and get him in the shower. While he was getting ready, the men with the moving trucks grabbed everything up there beyond the cribs.
Everything they were living out of was in the bathroom with Mal.
When they were done, Marcy followed behind the trucks to their house in her Bugatti. She parked in the circular drive after going up past the gates and (very) long driveway.
She directed the flow of traffic in the mega mansion. The kids' rooms were on the third floor while the master, Chase's bedroom and Lisa's bedroom were on the second floor.
Instruments went in the music room. Art went in the art/dance studio. Films went in the theater. Books went in the (real) library. Plants went in the conservatory.
When that was done, Marcy paid them and locked the door to wait for the deliveries from different stores and the construction crew that'd worked on their home.
It took about fifteen minutes for them to show up. Kazumi stayed by her side the whole time as she outlined how she wanted things to be so since she was clear and concise, it went smoothly.
She went through the rooms in the large catacombs styled basement and saw it didn't look as scary. The carpet was oatmeal colored with dark brown wood and glass everywhere.
There were plenty of bedrooms down there and they were all being decorated the same. A massive bed with nightstands, bookcases and a desk with writing supplies. Lamps on the nightstands and end-table with a big comfy chair by a wall. The closet would have white hangers, which she put up fifty.
Each bedroom was painted a calming sky blue. The basement was dark enough.
Beyond the bedrooms were the general living space that she'd set up to be nice looking since she was going to put staff down there, a kitchen that she was going to stock, two laboratories for her and Mal to do their research in, a music studio so they could produce music at the drop of a hat and the bathrooms, which would all be yellow and grey.
While the men were building the beds, bookcases and desks, she was putting towels up and toiletries in cabinets and rugs on the floors. She stocked closets with extra pillows and blankets.
When they were done, she made the beds and stocked the minimalistic desks. She added plush pillows to the beds and chairs before going to the main areas.
She was going to leave the kitchen alone until they actually got the staff but she had bottles of water to stock it because water was life. She had the sectionals in the living area set just right on rugs with a giant coffee table and end-tables.
She set the lamps on them and plugged them in before helping to set up the TV.
The music studio and labs would be setup the next day so everyone went upstairs to the attic that would be nearly the same as the basement.
The main area was set up just like the basement's and the bedrooms were as well. The bathrooms were also yellow and grey. There was no kitchen area but storage area. Things they wanted out of the way or that they didn't use regularly went up there and she had the men place them just so.
Then they went down to the kids' floor. Most of those bedrooms were empty but three were not. The first was a big bedroom split in two, sharing a bathroom. One side was blue while the other was red. The bathroom was like all the other bathrooms on that floor, white and sand.
