Okay most important thing at the beginning: they're just two oblivious gay beans so this will include some major fluff!
-When they started dating, both men were just horribly awkward around each other despite knowing each other for quite some time
-Since they both have some major trauma, things are going very slow which results in some sweet little cuddles on the deranged couch or eventual little pecks on cheek or forehead
-The first one to make a proper move was actually Shiggy despite him being insecure af. One day he just didn't want to carry on the secret simping and went for it, basically yelling his heart out at Dabi in the middle of the night
-Their first kiss feels sort of wrong for both of them because of how uncomfortable they feel with their scars though once their lips are actually connected it's just an amazing rush of happiness
-Since Tomura has regained some of his past memories, he starts having nightmares and often sneaks into Dabi's bed in the middle of the night to cuddle. At first Dabi is quite annoyed by being woken up by that but eventually it's just part if their nightly routine
-Once they're more comfortable around each other, they're cuddled up in some way all the time because of how touch starved they have been for literal years
