Chapter 17- cedrics dorm

We got into his dorm, my arms around his neck, head rested on his chest; listening to his steady heartbeat. "You still awake?" He whispered, sitting down on his bed. "Just about..." I replied followed by a chuckle from Cedric.

"Let me go and get you some shorts and a jumper so you can chance doll," he swiftly laid me on his bed before walking out and soon returning with, just like me said, some shorts and one of his jumpers, "here you go, I'll wait outside so you can change"

I tiredly stood up. Slipping my heels off, followed by the top of my dress, then my bra. I picked up his jumper and put it on (slightly messing up my hair). Once the jumper was on, I removed the rest of the dress and but on the shorts, taking my hair down and putting it back up into a messy bun.

"Ced...you can come in now" my voice hoarse from how tired I had grown.

He came strutting back in earning a laugh from me, like he had hoped, and sitting down next to me. "What do you want to do?" He asked

"Sleep...please?"

He chuckled slightly, picking me up from his bed and pulling the covers back. "You sure you wanna sleep" he teased. "Yesssssss" I whiled laying my head back on his chest. "Alright then...I guess we'll sleep" he relied sarcastically.

I softly sighed as he sat down, shifting to lay down, me still on him. "You alright?" His voice laced with care as he pulled the covers over us both. "Yeah....just nervous for tomorrow"

"It's gonna be ok..I promise"

I lay there: head on his chest, legs between his, arms around his torso, his around my waist keeping me close, his steady heart beat lulling me to sleep.

"I love you"
