Ireland!

After days of rehearsals, hours and hours of preparation, months and months of excitement...tour date number 1 was here! Tour was here! I was so nervous...and excited but I think excited was an understatement, if you would have told me last year that I would have an amazing boyfriend, new best friends, seeing my already best friends, having an extended family, having an older sister who happened to be Ella Henderson and I was living my dream all at the same time...I would have laughed at you. It all happened so fast but I wouldn't change it for the world.

I woke up this morning extra early, I checked my phone and it was 7am. I ran downstairs and my mum was cooking breakfast. "Morning love, you alright?" She smiled. "Morning! I'm so excited!" I exclaimed. My mum laughed, "are you too excited to eat?" She asked. "Yep, I'm just going to have a drink and then go upstairs to make sure everything's packed." I said. "Ok, your dad should be round soon to see you off." She said. I nodded before turning on my heel and going back upstairs, I got ready into leggings and a plain t-shirt with a hoodie as I was only travelling today. I applied my make up which consisted of foundation, concealer and mascara; Nothing fancy.

I heard the door bell ring, so I went downstairs to answer the door. I was just expecting my dad to be there but it was my dad and Ella. I embraced them both in a right hug before letting go. "What are you doing here?" I asked Ella. "Oh, nice to see you too." She laughed. They both said hello to my mum, my mum and Ella had met before at Christmas and a few times before so this wasn't the first time they met, it was nice to see that my mum treated Ella like her own daughter. Ella gave me some tips about performing on stage before our brother came downstairs...it was a bit too early for him. "Why are you up so early?" I asked him. "Well you lot weren't exactly quiet and I wanted to say goodbye before you go." He smiled. "Right as you're all here, I want to take a photo." My mum ordered. "Oh for god sakes mum." Josh moaned.

We carried on talking for a while before it was time for me to head off to the airport. I said goodbye to my mum, my dad, Josh and Ella hugging them all. "I'll see you guys at the London tour date then." I smiled. "Yep, the O2 arena." Ella smirked. "I'll also be coming to both the Manchester dates too." Ella smiled. "Really?" I asked shocked. "Yep" she smiled, I hugged them all one last time before carrying my huge suitcase, my huge bag and my guitar to the cab waiting outside. "Bye you lot, love you all loads." I smiled. "Love you too, good luck, we are all do proud of you Millie." My mum said. Everyone nodded before I got in the car and waved as it took me to the airport.

I got to the airport and went through all customs and everything. I finally got on the plane, and I was so tired so I decided to have a little sleep. I woke up an hour and a half later and we were landing. I picked up my bag, and got off the plane before going through the whole process of airports again. About an hour later, I got into a cab which took me to the hotel we were staying at...I was so excited.

I arrived outside the hotel, people took my bags in and took the up to the room I was sharing with Lauren as there were fans outside. It was quite weird for people to know my name, and it was even weirder when people asked if I could sign things for them and take pictures but at the same time it was amazing, I just wasn't used to it.

I said goodbye to the fans and walked into the hotel. All the contestants were waiting there and so was Simon Cowell . I said hello to everyone before Simon starting speaking. "Hello everyone, welcome to Ireland." He smiled as everyone cheered. "I just wanted to wish you good luck for tomorrow, let's make this the best tour yet. Have fun and enjoy yourselves. Millie, Ella probably hasn't told you but the tour dates in Manchester is when she'll be coming to watch you, not only this but she'll be performing ghost with you just for the Manchester tour dates, I'll also be watching a few nights and just to let you know, on most of the tour dates there will be record companies who will be watching and who will want to sign people on this tour, so try your best and go out and smash it and I'll see you after the tour, bye guys." Simon said before he walked off. No-one said anything about Ella performing with me or record companies being at the shows! Bring it on, no pressure...
