What are dreams?

According to the dictionary, dreams are a series of thoughts, visions or feelings during sleep. Most of the time, dreams are bizarre. You can dream about being chased by a herd of elephants, or maybe you falling down from the sky. You can dream about being the richest man in the planet, or maybe the poorest man in the planet. You can dream about anything or everything. The disappointing part is that your dreams are never real. When you dream about falling fron the sky, you're not actually falling from the sky. When you dream about the person you like, finally falling in love with you, they're not actually falling in love with you. It's all just a figment of your imagination. Everything just fades away the moment you wake up. Sad, right? But let me tell you that the most disappointing part, is when you forget about your dreams.

But what if I told you that Satoru Gojo's situation was different when it comes to dreaming? What if i told you that everytime he falls asleep and dreams, it's as if he wakes up in a different world? A world where there was nothing in it except for a man who he believed was just a figment of his imagination. Gojo believed that the man he dreams about every night wasn't real. Even though the dreams felt so vivid, he refused to acknowledge the fact that the man might have been existing somewhere in this universe.

And the man's name? It was Suguru Geto.
