After a good forceful encouraging speech from one of the nurses. I had managed to eat exactly three meals. And was finally allowed to leave.
"Don't be getting into anymore trouble I don't want to see your cheeky face around these parts again, the only exception is if you're coming to give me good news, alright?" The nurse gave me a little nudge as she left to go see another patient. I stepped onto the pavement for the first time in three months. It's like in the movies when they're finally free. Except I'm fuming, I hate the world can't be bothered to deal with anything. I didn't arrive with anything so I had nothing to carry.
Except the one most precious thing I owned. I must go dig it back up. So I walked all the way to the field behind the building. And started to dig up my precious's belongings. I remember exactly where I had put it. Then I pulled it out. My dearly beloved knife. The only thing that was here for me. I'd dig my mother up too but that's a bit too weird for me. I kept my knife in my sock.

I walked for miles. And then it started to rain, obviously. So I sat in a cafe, awkwardly waiting for it to stop. I had nowhere to go, I'm definitely not going back home. I can't, not when he's there. I rested my head on the table. My longish hair covering my tired eyes.
Then I heard the door open and I heard a voice. It was a girl.

"Do you sell cakes" the girl had said.
"No we have none in stock and we're about to close in about ten minutes so not making anymore until tomorrow ma'am" a worker replied. Shame, if I had the money I'd buy one.
"What kind of cafe is this? I'll just get a medium coffee then" she said. I haven't lifted my head up yet but I can tell she's rolling her eyes.
Then I felt a strong presence in front of me. Do I lift my head? I suppose. I looked up and there she was. She had this deep brown hair, green eyes and a few freckles scattered across her nose. She was also wearing a grey hoodie and black pants. I was in shock, I've never been approached by a girl. Then she pulled out a chair and sat on it not breaking eye contact.
"Why are you staring at me you freak" she said looking at me dead in the eyes.
"What are you talking about you bitch, you're the one who interrupted me" I snapped.
She just sat there and tilted her head a little.
"What are you looking at me for" I rolled my eyes and then turned to look outside.
"I've never seen somebody as ugly as you before, what's your name?" She questioned. First of all, what the hell im not even that ugly? Am I? Surely not.
"Ansel" I replied.
"Ansel, that's a shit name" she said still looking at me.
"Well what's yours then?" I asked. Bet it's something basic, or a flower name like Rosie.
"Marcella" she turned to look at the window. Marcella, never heard that before. I like it. But I don't like her, I think I've found my next victim.
"What are you doing out so late Marcella?" I examined. I wonder if she's homeless. No, she's too clean, physically anyway.
"What's it to you bitch?" She snapped.
Then she sighed deciding whether or not to talk.
"I'm running away from home" she said whilst starting to bite her nail.
This was perfect, I should run away with her too. Then I can kill her when she least expects it.
