Chapter 8 - Fear

We head into into a part of town I don't know that well. ''Close your eyes'' Robbie tells me, he sounds very excited. I close them then hide my eyes with my hands to hopefully try and sneakily peak but he parks the car and then tells me to open them. ''You didn't'' my voices raises and a big grin forms on my face. ''But I did'' he laughs and exits the car. We are at my favourite theme park (its kind of the only theme park we live close to as well) it brings back a lot of childhood memories especially how Daniel would try to spook me by saying the rides would break down. Cruel I know but we'd have a tons of fun. ''Your amazing Robbie!'' I hug him close to me, I can feel his warm breath and soft hair on my cheek. ''I knew you'd like it'' he smiles but his tone seems a little nervous.

Robbie's P.O.V

I really want this hug to go on forever because I don't want her to know I'm terrified of roller coasters and of course because shes adorable. I keep a hold of her hand whilst we pay for tickets and get into the park, the sight of the tall rides makes my stomach drop like I'm going to vomit but I try to swallow the fear and put on a confident face so she doesn't notice. ''Hey you want to go on that one?'' Sam points to a pretty big one but not the tallest so I agree. I used to come here with my sisters so I'm used to some of the rides but I always refused to go on the bigger ones.

''Um, this one seems fast'' I shake a little when a cart goes zooming past the line. ''Yeah but thats the best part'' Sam seems so excited about it but I can't help but to feel sick at what these do. ''Are you okay?'' she asks, swinging our hands back and forward. ''Yeah I'm fine'' I lie. We are nearing the front of the line, almost our turn to go on. ''You sure?'' she has a concerned look on her face. I move her side fringe over her ear and nod my head. Sam puts her head on my shoulder, the heat still beaming down making waiting unbearable. 

Before I know it its our turn to ride. We get strapped in and with my luck we are right at the front. Great... ''I'm so excited'' I hear Sam say, she is on the left seat next to me but I can't reply so I get a tight grip on the handles ready to go. We shoot off. By the end of it my hair has flown into unusual shapes and I'm shaking like someone has dumped ice on me. ''That was awesome!'' Sam's hair is also in unusual shapes but she still looks beautiful. ''It was cool'' I laugh along with her before grabbing her hand back. ''Your shaking, your not okay are you'' Sam starts to question me before catching on. ''Your scared of roller coasters arn't you'' She has a scary smile almost like shes uncovered a mystery. ''Fine you got me'' I smile at her accomplishment. ''I knew it!'' she has that adorable smile again. ''No you didn't'' I start prodding her in the sides to tickle her, she crouches over attempting to block my hands but fails so we end up in a laughing fit as she does it back. 

''I'll keep going on these monstrous things if you promise we can eat afterwards'' I offer whilst trying to do puppy eyes. ''Of course we can'' she giggles before leading me away, I really love this girl. We spend the rest of the day going on rides which got a few girly screams out of me and eating, Sammy shoved cotton candy in my face when I went to eat it. ''We should get going its getting dark'' I suggest looking over to tired Sam. ''Okay'' she follows me to the car and gets in. ''Thanks so much for today Robbie, it was so much fun!'' Sam kisses me on the cheek before I start the car up. ''I love you Sam'' I turn over to her as she is still leaned over to me. ''I love you more'' she reply before I pull her in for a proper kiss, this also makes my stomach drop but I love it and I'm not scared of it.

Thank you again <3 one last thing I described Robbies experience with roller coasters based off what I feel as I also don't like them much either xD I know he doesn't like them but didn't know how bad so I based it off how I feel around them.)
