Now, pay close attention to what I am about to tell you. This may save your life one day. It may not. You never know. I'm shocked I'm still alive (if I actually am. Don't think too hard about that). So, this is all useful information I am about to give you, should you, for some reason, find yourself in the same situations I was in. I hope not. I truly do. None of this should have to happen to anybody.
But.

Let's get one thing perfectly clear:
THIS NEVER HAPPENED
There. Now that we've got that out of the way, and you understand that this is completely hypothetical, we can begin. Because, I mean, clearly it's hypothetical. A cautionary tale if you will. Obviously, none of this stuff that I'm about to tell you could actually happen. Just take it at face value and move on. Maybe there's a lesson in there beyond 'there are easier ways to kill a lion than with a baseball bat'. I don't know. That's for you to find out. I'm just here to tell you what definitely, did not happen.
Oh, and all names have not been changed because if you do meet these people you need to run.
