It was the summer of a wild eighth grade year for Cole. Between the intense sports seasons to the yearly drama, Cole was loving every minute of it. Now you could find Cole scrolling through his phone in bed. A ding alerts him he got a text. It's from Noah and Ryan, his two closest friends and partners in everything. They had had a wild football season of highs and lows on a generally very fit team. The text read:
"Hey guys, wanna go out?"
Cole responded with:
"Idk I would be down to do anything."
After a while of back and fourth they settled on a walk to a nearby diner to grab a bite to eat.
Cole jumped out of bed to prepare himself, and couldn't help but notice his figure. All of those football games had payed off, and at 5'7 he fit right in with the cover of a magazine. He figured that a bite to eat couldn't hurt. Little did he know it would be more than a bite.
