Marcy was so happy to be in Russia again. It was one of her favorite countries. She stood in front of the window in her and Mal's room, just watching the snow fall lazily.

Mal arched a brow at her. "It's just snow."

"Nobody asked you nothin."

He smirked. "Why you don't look at me like that?"

"I don't like you."

He gave her back a flat look.

"I'm going to grab the kids and go snowboarding."

"They're babies!" He sat up on the bed in alarm.

"I know. My babies."

"Baby,-"

"What?!" She turned to him with a frown.

He glared at her. "I don't want the kids to learn how to snowboard until they can at least describe their injuries to a doctor."

"What are you talking about?" She gave him a look like he was stupid. "I'm not teaching them how to board. I want them to watch me do it."

He blinked owlishly.

She looked at him flatly.

"Baby,-"

"Not to mention that Xin is ten, Norah is nine, Chase is sixteen and we have two little sisters."

He reddened. "I apologize, baby."

She was unmoved until she went to the bed and sat next to him. "After all I've been through, I'm not putting my kids in any danger."

"Baby, I know-"

"No, you don't. But I don't want you to."

He gave her wounded eyes. "I'm sorry."

"Thank you." She avoided his gaze until she slipped out of the bed. "I think I'm going to take a walk."

"Baby,-" He sat up.

"I'll take Diaz." She hurried to leave.

He swore bitterly before getting his phone out. "Granddad?"

Mercedes was so mad. She wanted to go skiing but couldn't because she was pregnant. She glared down at her flatish stomach. You better be glad I love you!

ATUA

Jude enjoyed snowboarding. His wife took the kids shopping so he had the afternoon free to board.

So that was what he did. And if it took his mind off what would be happening some time on this trip, things happen.

Laura was so tired. Running behind four kids was tough. She barely had time to check on Maddie.

Marc was ghost. He hadn't said what he was doing but he disappeared early in the mornings and returned late at night. Luckily she had Svetlana and Tara but she would love her husband's help.

He had one more day to disappear and she was cursing him out.

Karou yawned as she stretched. She walked through her rooms, looking for her spouses but the entire suite was empty.

Well, empty save a baby.

Karou picked up the note that said that Arielle had been asleep, too so they didn't want to disturb either. Karou scoffed in hurt as she went looking for the nanny but she was gone as well.
