Y/n stood at the foot of her balcony, her hair flowing in the wind like birds soaring into the sky. The silence was nice, and the gentle breeze tingled Y/n's cheeks as she gripped the wooden pillars tightly as if she would never stand on this balcony again. Although it was true; she would never stand on this balcony again.. for a while. That was because Y/n's mother had decided to transfer her to Hyakkou Private Academy, full knowing she didn't want to go. Y/n's face clouded with sorrow, as the soft sound of footsteps got clearer with each step. The entrance to the balcony creaked open, and a slim figure stood in the doorway. Y/n faced back to see her mother, standing proudly in front of her. She walked closer and clutched Y/n's hand,
"It's time to go, Y/n; you'll be late if you don't hurry." Y/n nodded, staring at her mother's serious face. "Make sure you have everything in your bags, and oh, put on a sweater as it'll be cold in the train," Y/n's mother said while walking into the living room. Y/n hurried to her bags and unzipped the zipper. She rummaged her hand around the clothing compartment and found a black, comfortable sweater. She slipped it over her shoulders and carried her bags close to her chest.
"Bye mom," Y/n said, although her mother had that same serious expression and only waved goodbye to her.
