The Raven and The Fox (A Itachi Love Story)

Kitsune's POV:  

I was sitting next to Itachi on his front porch. I was leaning on him. He was smiling. "Kitsune, do you remember the first day we met?" I smiled and nodded. "How could I forget? That day basically changed everything".

*Flashback (age 6)* 

"Hahaha! Hey everyone, look at the freak!" "Omg! She has dog ears and a tail? She really is a freak!" "Yeah, no wonder no one likes her!" "HAHAHAHAHA! Freak, freak, freak!" They chanted over and over again. I was pushed on the ground. My hat came off and my tail came out of my obi. I was crying. I hated that name. Freak. That's what my parents called me. And the rest of my clan. And now, everyone else here at school. "Do you need help?" A kind voice asked. I looked up. I saw a handsome boy with his hand sticking out. He had oxyn black eyes and his face was clam. He smiled at me. I nodded and grabbed his hand. When he helped me up I noticed that it has become very quiet. I looked at him and he was glaring at everyone. Now I recognized him. This was Itachi Uchiha. The school's major heartbreak. All the girls fawn over him except me. I usually sit in the back in the dimmer lighted area with a shadow over my eyes.

"Itachi! Don't touch her! She could have rabies or something!" Yelled one of his many fangirls. He glared at them harder. "How dare you treat one of your fellow classmates like that!!! And besides, she is clearly a fox, not a dog. It's basically her name! Kitsune, it means fox you bakas! Leave her alone or you'll hear from me! Got it?" I never seen him so angry before. And this was all because of me. "Hey, Kitsune just ignore then". I looked up at his smiling face. I nodded. And then he lead me to nurse's office to get patched up. After that we started to hang out more and we became very good friends.

*end flashback*

I smiled at that memory. "Do you remember when we finally became genin?" He smiled. "Yeah. I also had dinner with you and Sasuke". I smiled again.

*flashback (age 7)* 

"Itachi! Itachi! Look I passed, I passed!" I ran up to Itachi. He had a black headband like mine. It was already on his forehead. I put mine around my neck. He smiled. "Awesome! I hope we are on the same team." "I hope so too!" "Do you want to come to dinner tonight at my house?" My eyes lit up. It's far better than my house. Being shunned by my parents. "Sure! Thanks so much!" I gave him a quick hug and we were on our way.

*end flashback*

He smiled. "Do you remember when we became ANBU Black Opps?" I nodded. "I kinda now regret it. So much work. We barely have anytime to be together". He looked sad. "But, we're on the same squad". I smiled. "Alone time". He nodded his head understanding. "Yeah, I miss the days like this".

*Flashback (age 13)* 

"And now, Itachi Uchiha and Kitsune Koizuni, as Hokage, I now nominate you to ANBU captains". We looked up from our bows. "Really?" I asked. He smiled. "Yes". "Thank you Lord Hokage-sama" we both said in sync. I had a big smile on my face and Itachi had on of his famous Uchiha smirk. "You two have showed much bravery on your last mission. This shows that you two are not just two simple genin, you both surpassed even me at your age. Good jobs and see you both tomorrow at the ANBU Black Opps headquarters. Dismissed". "Thank you Lord Hokage-sama". And we flashed away.

*end flashback*

"We were so happy that we just swam in a lake the whole time. I mean, we just like, jumped in and got home all soaking wet". I giggled a little. "Kitsune, do you remember when I asked you to be mine forever?" I smile. "Yes. That was certainly the best day of my life".

*Flashback (age 14)* 

*SMACK* 

A stinging sensation was now on my right cheek. I was tied up and in an old, abandoned, grass shack. My ears and tail were caked with blood and so were my fox-like fangs. My ANBU uniform was off and I was left in my under shirt and pants. "Tell us what your partner is planning and we won't hurt you, already! Damnit!" *BOOM*. His fist made contact with my dirty skin on my face.

It was very painful. 'Itachi, where are you?' I shouted in my mind. "Hey, don't treat a beautiful lady like that". My head snapped up. It was a man in his late 20s. He had a smug smile on his face and a perverted glint in his eye. I started to shake in fear. The fur on my ears and tail stood on end. "We should have some fun, sweetheart". I looked down to avoid all eye contact. He put a dirty finger under my chin and lifted my head up so I was forced to look at him. "Why don't you meet me in bed tonight and bare me my children?" Now I was really scared, I was shitting bricks. "Why don't I just fucking kill you?!"

My eyes darted to be met with the beautiful Sharingan. "Itachi!" I cried out. He punch the first guy in the face and kicked the second one. He cut the ropes that bonded me, picked me up bridal style and ran. When they finally stopped chasing us, we rested by a lake. We had gotten the correct information. We got back to the village and he asked me to meet him in the park. When I did he got on one knee. "Kitsune, I love you so much. Will you be mine forever?" Tears were in my eyes. "Yes!!!!" I jumped on him. He caught me and spun me around. Then he kissed me. I felt sparks fly as I kissed him back. When we parted we said this in sync. "I love you".

*End Flashback*

"Yes I remember that". "Kitsune, I just want you to know what ever happens I will always love you". I looked at him surprised. 'Is something wrong?' He then pulled me into a hug. I felt a wet thing hit my shoulder. He was crying. I hugged him tight. "I will always love you Itachi. No matter what".
