I blazed down the stairs and crashed through the door into the moonlit valley which sits beneath our old, rotting house. The only plus side to living in an abandoned pile of wood and bricks is being able to escape the the stresses of family ramblings and journey off into the secrets held in the forest that is calling outside my window.
