I ran out of his condo and quickly get inside the elevator. I could still hear him calling my name but I didn't stop. What I saw is enough earlier for me to know what they just did.
"Reeve, wait! Let me explain!"
I couldn't forget what I saw earlier when the person opened the door. I was supposed to surprise him. But I was the one who was surprised!
"Shut up Scott!"
"No! That's not what you think, love!"
I didn't say anything and just walked faster. I already have a feeling that this will happen after I received that text. But I didn't believe it.
Stupid!
"Baby, come on. Hear me out first!"
He still chased me even when I was already at the parking lot. I walked faster and hopped inside my car. He was still knocking on my window when I start the engine and drove off. He tried to chase my car but he failed.
I looked back and saw him looking at my car until I was already far away. Naramdan kong nag-init ang mga mata ko ay tuluyan nang tumulo ang mga luha ko.
I trusted him.
Naabutan ako ng traffic kaya mabagal ang pag-usad ng sasakyan. Napatigil ako sa tapat ng isang restaurant. Tulala lang ako habang hinihintay ang pag-usad ng sasakyan sa harap ko.
I unconsciously looked outside my window and saw an unexpected person inside a luxury restaurant.
Please... not now... hindi ko na kaya ang sakit..
