Chapter 1

Winnie POV
"But..I get off early today Alice... I can't"
"Oh pleaseeeee winnie you have to help me out here aren't you my friend?"
I wouldn't say I'm "friends" with Alice , ever since I've joined this bubble tea shop she's bossed over me and made me work her extra shifts while she's always out with her friends or her so called boyfriend and I'm the one who always has to cover for her and she never repays me by covering any of my shifts . And yet again I don't know why I agree to do her shift
"Fine but this is the last time I'm covering for you Alice!"
"Thank you darling mwah I'm heading out"
Great now I'm stuck making bubble tea for another 2 hours while I could've been at home all cuddled up in bed binge watching on Netflix -.-
I spend rest of the day cleaning up and making bubble tea for customers . I finish up and head out of work.
What a day!
"Ugh it's past 11 I can't catch a bus I guess I'll have to walk "
I walk down the alley which seems so unfamiliar to me and I get this creepy feeling I shouldn't have taken this alley it reeks of trouble or danger
All of a sudden I hear gunshots , I need to get out of here and run as fast as I can
I start running down the alley and I pass 2 men in black suits they have one foot over a man and I can't quite see what they look like and I accidentally let out a gasp
Man 1 : oh wtf dude look it's a girl
Man 2: oh shit did she see us?
Man 1: ofc she saw us u fucker we need to take her
Take her? What did they mean ? Me what?were they gonna take me. I decided to keep running cuz there's no way I'm letting them take me but unfortunately my legs start to hurt and One of them catchers up to me and grabbed me and I struggle against him trying to push and kick him away . I land a punch on his nose which makes him let go of me for a split second and before I can do anything the other man puts a cloth over my mouth and I blacke out
