Rejected to Wanted and Needed

My life in the pack was never boring. I'm the most popular girl in school too. They always talk to me. Wanna know why? Yes, my life in the pack was never boring because everyday I always get new bruises. I too am the popular girl in school because I'm the nerd freak. They always pick and bully me everyday. Whenever I pass on somebody, they give me disgused looks and always growl quietly so that my brother can't hear. And lastly, yes. They always talk to me--physically. And what I mean on physically means beating and cursing.

I'm the Alpha's daughter. But since my mother died from a rouge attack protecting me, life turned upside down. One day, I'm the most loved girl in the pack, the next day I'm the most disgused and hated, and that's all thanks to my father--the Alpha. He thinks it's my fault that my mom died.

My dad was never like that before that rouge attack. He was the dad that any girl would want, loving, caring, protective, and sweet. But that changed. My mom was also the same. And after what happened, my dad can't seem to accept the loss of his mate. Good thing he didn't kill himself though, but he always puts his anger on me. He tells the pack I'm a nuisance and the reason why their Luna died. I can't blame them, I always put the blame on me too on why my mom died and not me. Lastly, I have a brother. I love him with all that I am! He's been the one to take care of me since my dad started with the abusing. He's always there for me to stop the bullying and the beating.

Our pack is big, but weak. That's what I heard from the rumors. Our neighboring pack was the biggest and most feared pack of all United States. They have the best fighters and healers you can have. They are not brutal though, from what I heard from girls in our school, the Alpha is my age, 18. But I never get to see him. They said he hasn't found his mate and doesn't want a mate, he is a player after all.

A mate never occured to me though. That was the last thing I need. I don't want to meet my mate because I'm too afraid that he's gonna reject me. But that changed when my dad was invited to a party. Not just a party though, a party where all Alphas' families, and Betas' families are invited. The day I met him was the day my life changed.
