'When did it start?'

Tay is a narcissist he was always best in everything and people around him always made sure that he realises that.But when he meets the asocial perfectionist prodigy Anesthetist, he finds difference in his lifestyle.

Tay POV

I am the best neurologist in our hospital. The Hospital is one of the best in the Country. Many rich and famous patients even middle class patients come to our hospital. Our success rate is best especially our Neurology ( Related to Brain and Spine) Department. One of the most earning and useful. But against all our proposal and needs is the Cardiology (Related to Heart) Department.Dr.Off is one of the doctors of the Cardiology Department. We also fight for nurses , paramedics , ventilators , most importantly , the most important part of our surgery, the Anesthetist ( Anesthetist evaluate, monitor and supervise patient care before, during and after surgery, delivering anesthesia). There are very few anesthesiologist in our Hospital. We literally fight for them. Each OT(Operation Theater) need one in all the surgery. Currently we the Cardiology Department and us are sharing one. She was always partial to their Department many of surgeries get delayed which leads to failure of our Department. Which means my failure. My shift has ended. I am taking the staircase, the elevator is too scary. Once, a rainy day when there was thunder and lightening , heavy wind, there were only few people for the night shifts. Which resulted in electricity cut , as there were many electricity using life-saving machines, there were generators but for it to reach to the elevator cables it would take time , and then more time would be needed for to get the lift working. I did not realise that I was near the basement where I parked my sedan. There the last step. "Ahhhhhh"

Gun POV

Today is my first day in The Hospital. I got my first shift as the night one. I am pretty excited. It is my first day.I have to be the best then only I can get noticed by my love of my life ,P'Tay , Phi is the best , the most perfect person, he topped his year. He was known to everyone ,one of the best student , the teacher's favourite at the same time the students, the class president.I tried to do the best being a surgeon was never a profession I thought would fit me. I chose medical science as my stream, when I was about what to take as my major I came to know about oriental science in anesthesia, it felt perfect , I am one of those kids whom you could call a prodigy, I could cope up fast so I completed my studies faster. But my social skill is very low.I do not like people who talk and eat my ears up. I tend to spend my time reading medical books. I could do surgeries. I like to watch videos of surgeries . I always wanted to take part in surgeries.I find my self giggling."Ahhhhhh".

Tay POV

Ughh. A little kid bumped into me. He looks like a resident to me. "Watch were you are going, Kid" "Sorry Sir" " Doctor Tay" " I know P'Tay-sorry Doctor" he says with a smile. He knows me " Do you know me?". " I was your junior" "Okay, don't disturb me I do not know you so don't act like my friend and expect special treatment" I leave without giving a second glance. I am getting late for my blind date. Lalalala. I am leaving for the restaurant. Ah. Just the perfect spot. It is 4 star hotel, its hygienic, good food , and the price is reasonable. Now where is she? I see a girl waves at me, I tell the the manager about my reservation. We began to talk.My mother had set up the date. The young lady was full of flaws.She was not wearing the dress right, the size was too tight, the concealer was one shade light. The food came, she was still talking about her father business." Well my Papa works hard he came late yesterday so he got me the newest model of The Handbag....." What department was that resident (He means Gun he is confused)from. Maybe neurology well then he would be following me. Ughh. I sigh, shit, good thing she did not notice.My phone rings , the call gets cut. I call the waiter then payed the bill and excuse myself.
