It's a story that touches many topics //dark ones at that// that usually most are too scared to write about.
From what I've read mikan is the main character, carrying out her school semester and trying her best to have a normal school year.
However, the peice of shit fuckhead cuntwad known as "fukina" Or whatever starts harrassing her and all that and interesting plot things and mikan hopefully standing up for herself and ishimondo slow burn relationship and mikan being shipped with kaede aND THATS ALL IMMA TELL YA!!!! I AM NOT GONNA SPOIL A FANTASTIC STORY FOR YOU, FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF WHAT HAPPENS AFTER!!!
I personally haven't finished the series, but I'm getting there.
So far of what I read it's super intriguing and makes you think about some things too. Like I mentioned before, Cami ain't fuckin scared to write about dark topics and bring em to light
Her writing is fuckin exceptional, and how she writes the characters and details are like you're in the story with them
