February 5th, 2021 Time: 5:30 AM

February 2020 and February 2021 were giving twin vibes. Weather was quite cool and highly comfortable for best sleep. Just like others, Sun cover himself in warm cosy fluffy cloud duvet.

After a very long long time Uday started his day before the Sun. He came out of his room in track pants and T-shirt and found his mother coming from her room. Utter disbelief plastered on her face. She rubbed her eyes twice to confirm. He went to shoe stand and drew his new black and red coloured running shoes.

"Why you woke up very early?" she asked.

"I'm going to SK park. I decided to go for morning walk everyday", he answered tying laces of shoes.

"How many days?" she asked. He narrowed his eyes for her sarcastic question.

"Bye", with that he left.

Uday was a regular boy in his final year of UG. Just 1 month before final semester, Government announced lockdown for 14 days. Later that 14 days extended to 1 month and then three months and then 1 year. He spent first 6 months in watching different web series which he didn't even know their existence.

Pandemic situations came under control and he was forced to write offline final semester exams. Time changed drastically as he sat at home jobless while his cousins posting work from home status. After continuous hard work of 3 months he got a job in a reputed MNC. He felt a sort of relief.

But he fell into another pit hole named JOB. Continuous 9 hours fresher training and irregular working hours made him felt to go back to his school days. Just 5 days back he completed 1 month 12 days of his job and received his first salary. Exactly same day he observed another thing 'A bump on his tummy'.

He was a above average guy with thin coating of cuteness because of his small chin. Light brown complexion, 181cm, lean without toned muscles, fluffy silky black hair and large black eyes. From past 4 years 'Join in a gym and put on some toned muscles' was the first in list of every new year resolutions. As dreaming on perfect abs, it's hard for him to accept the extra fat of his flat tummy. He decided to get ride of it. He watched few fitness tips in Instagram too.

Slowly Sun peeking out of clouds but still park was filled with fog. Walking track laid around the lake. People of different ages already walking there. With the spirit of first day excitement he started jogging. After 300 meters his lungs yearned for oxygen and he stopped.

He took slow steps towards a near bench while panting. Morning dew drops from leaves of large trees falling on him. He could hear chirpings of birds too. He took few deep breaths to control his heart rate.

He started doing few warm up exercises. Stretching his limbs and touching his toes. Between all these he didn't listen foot steps of another person. He bend down and touched his right toe with his left hand and vice versa. In that process he saw a girl sat on bench and staring at him.

She wore grey track pants with navy blue hoodie. Medium fair complexion, wavy hair tied in high pony tail, large black eyes, high cheek bones and curvy personality. She gave a warm smile and he returned it. He skipped back to his stretching and she was still staring.
