Chapter Seventy-Nine: Something is wrong?

"What? I am telling the truth, in fact, Avy was--!"

"Yes, yes. Ash.shh," I said as I whisper to him when I lean into him a little at agad din na lumayo.

"What did you tell him?" Ian asked me.

"Nothing,"

"Really?" Ian asked.

"Yes, don't worry. Right, Ash?" I said but Ash Ignored me so I pat his head.

" Stop it, Master," 

Ash said na parang bata na nagtatampo kaya hinampas ko siya dahil ang corny niya parang bata na inagawan ng kendy.

"Ouch! Why do you have to hit me?" 

He said habang hinihimas ang balikat niyang hinampas ko.

"Oh? I didn't hit you so hard though,"

Ash just gives me an annoyed look as he is saying 'really?' while still massaging the part that I hit.

"Anyways, Avy the adopted niece of the Empress sent you an invitation to her tea party, oh, I'm sorry that I read it before you,"

Ian scratches the back of his head while saying that.

"It's alright,"

"When it is?" I added.

He looked at me seriously from his usual look.

Is he worried again about something?

"Tomorrow that's why I have been looking for you,"

"Oh? Then, we should go home already," I said.

He looked at me with relief.

I looked at him since he is waiting for me to follow him when I saw the fancy carriage that has the symbol of House of Vego on it.

I really hate fancy carriage especially with one of the powerful houses in this kingdom.

"Let's go,"

"I didn't say that I will be home just yet," I spoke.

I walk away from him as I pulled Ash with me since wala pang gabi kaya maaga pa para bumalik at hindi pa ako kontento sa pamamasyal ko.

"W, what? Where are you going? I thought we were going back?" He said.

I can hear his footsteps from behind me but I just ignore him.

I felt that he holds my other hand since I am holding Ash.

"I am going with you then,"

"How about them? What are you going to do? Since I don't want to look around with those knights following me," I said.

He looked behind him since he was with the family knights that were calling him with he said na sasama siya sa akin kahit na hindi ko sila tignan ay alam kung nakasunod sila kay Ian.

And I am not comfortable having those knights while going around since it makes me feel like I am a criminal.

"Don't follow us. Just wait there," He said with a serious tone to his knights.

"But, we can--"

"No, buts,"

I heard them talk from behind me.

I felt Ash let go of my hands and he faces me.

"Let us go," Ash said to me with a smirk on his face as he grabs me.
