After the hectic time we had with the rest of our friends and Jodie, I told Taehyung that it was time for us to get some time away from here. Right now, the company told us to stay away from Seoul until they figure out what's happening with Jimin's mother. There are several blank spaces between the lines, making me wonder what else is happening behind our knowing. Yet, I haven't spoken about this situation with Taehyung since I want us to enjoy this trip and forget about the rest of the problems chasing us. For once, I wish to run away from all inconveniences. Live a memorable vacation before returning to the stage.
Currently, I'm placing the luggage at the entrance of my apartment. It's been an hour since Taehyung left me to put my stuff together for the trip, and it looks like I finished before he came to get me. So, I decided to organize the place and clean the furniture slightly more before I leave. But suddenly, my phone began to ring, causing me to get it and see the screen.
I frowned after seeing the number on my phone screen, shortly answering the incoming call.
-Hello. – I answered.
-Jungkook? – I heard Jodie speak, sniffing from the other line.
-Hey, are you okay? – I worriedly asked after hearing the tone in Jodie's voice.
-How sweet of you to ask for me after what happened. But no, I'm not okay. – Jodie spoke.
-I talked with Jimin and everyone else. It seems that I'm the one making everything more complicated this vacation. So, I'm calling to apologize. I know it would be better in person, but I believe it isn't the right time. – Jodie sincerely said, her voice cracking between words.
-I accept your apologies, J. But does that mean that you accept my relationship with Taehyung? – I questioned.
-Yes. I believe in Taehyung, and I've known you for many years. So, I guess it was a no-brainer since the beginning. – Jodie admitted before taking a deep breath.
-Now, what worries me is Taehyung. I'm out of your way like you wanted, but what's going to happen with the text Taehyung received? – Jodie asked.
-I want to know the same thing. But Moyeon said that the text came from Jimin's mother's phone. – I reminded Jodie.
-I'm not sure about that at all, Jungkook. There's something Jimin and I might have to reveal to you both at some point. But for now, I can only tell you to take care of Taehyung. – Jodie disclosed, making me feel slightly worried.
