This one was going to use the TU to make a lore based thing. Like, an old folk lore story based on these creatures based on the characters from the NOAS MV.

(Y/N) had moved from a small town where she lived her whole life so she could live with her mom who got a job in the new town. Her parents were divorced and whatnot. She tried to make friends which led her to going into the 'Forbidden Forest' and encountering these creatures that were part of the towns folklore, but they weren't as scary as they explained them.

I'll put the chapters I've finished here again. Do with them what you will.

Chapter 1:

You glanced wearily into the classroom before you stepped inside, eyes gravitating towards you. You were an unfamiliar face, therefore, everyone wanted to know what your deal was. This was what you were nervous about. You didn't want to move from your hometown but it's not like you could do anything when your mother got transferred to a different branch in a different town. It was a good opportunity for her.

Your mom was a nurse. When she was younger, she could always remember wanting to help people no matter what. She'd debated becoming a doctor, or a therapist, or even a dentist, but she decided that being a nurse was what she wanted to do. She'd been working at the same old hospital since before she had you, so getting an offer to move to a different hospital was a big deal. Of course, to your dismay, that meant uprooting your completely satisfying life and moving far away from everything you'd ever known into a town you knew nothing about.

You'd lived in the quaint little town of Yangsong for your entire life. You were literally born and raised there. You knew each street like the back of your hand and you could navigate your way through the small town blindfolded, knowing exactly where the sidewalk fell uneven or where it stuck up just a slight bit. You knew which trees to duck under and you knew the inside of every store like the inside of your own mind. Everyone knew you there and you knew everyone there. Now that you'd moved to the slightly bigger town of Namsu, about two hours northeast of Yangsong, you were clueless. You'd gotten lost not once, not twice, but three times on your way into school this morning, one of those times being in your own house.

Small towns were tight knit. If you didn't know everyone personally, you had a general idea of who they were, or you'd at least seen them once, which was why it was so difficult to slip by unnoticed by the several pairs of lingering eyes that stuck to you like glue as you awkwardly shuffled your way to the teachers desk to ask where you should sit. After being directed to a desk, you wished you could sit confidently like you did back in Yangsong, but you had little to no confidence in you at all, so you shrunk in your seat and pulled out your phone, messaging your best friend, who was probably missing you as much as you were missing her.

  You: They :) Won't :) Stop :) Staring :)

Hyejin: You're a new kid, what did you expect? To go unnoticed? That's not how this works lol

You: You know, just once, I'd love it if you could encourage my anxiousness.

Hyejin: I know it's scary because you've never stepped outside of Yangsong in your life

You: False, but go off I guess

Hyejin: But just give it a chance. This is a big opportunity for your mom so how about you turn it into a big opportunity for yourself too???

You: I'll try, but I'm scared

Hyejin: Just make some friends. It's not like you're a foreigner. You're from two hours away.

You: I might as well be a foreigner

  Hyejin: (Y/N)...

You: Okay, okay, I get it, I get it
