Liam's pov;

I was called by Jessi, telling me to meet her at the cafe near the school  we go to. Apparently it was an emergency, but knowing her it's probably something not as crazy as she makes it sound.

I walk into the cafe, pull down my hood and looked around. I see familiar green hair sitting at an empty table a d walk up to it. "So why'd you call this time?" I said with a chuckle.

"OH! You're here! You will not believe what I found on the internet!" She says as shes taking out a paper from her purse. "I need you to do this, cause y'know you live alone and I don't. " she slams the piece paper in front of me making me flinch.

"What even is this?" I ask as I grab it.

How to summon a love demon

"Will you do it? My parents would kill me but I really wanted to try it! If you want I can come help you with it!!!" She said as I nervously chuckle.

"I'm pretty sure demons dont exist.." I scratched my cheek nervously.

"Of course they do, but I heard you can only form a deal with them which costs you your soul, sounds kind of lame, right? Imagine having a big tiddie goth demon gf" she said while squishing her cheeks together. I laugh at this.

"Why a 'love demon' though, what, is it going to give me the love I never received as a child?" I snort while looking up at her from the paper.

"I just heard love demons were nicer than the normal ones. That's why." She smiled. "So you gonna do it?" She stares at me, left cheek leaning into her palm.

I look at the paper, to see whatever I needed..

_ a piece of paper with this drawing on it (was shown next to it)
- pink flower petals
-  a drop of the person doing the summonings' blood
- fire

I look back at Jessi, her still patiently waiting for my answer.

"Sure, I'll do it, just to prove it wont work." I chuckle. "Ahh! Okay tell me tomorrow at school how it went!" She said while we were walking out of the cafe. We waved each other goodbye and went our separate ways.

I unlocked and walked into my house, locking it behind me. I walked into the living room putting the bag with the stuff I need for this 'love demon' summoning.

I did whatever the paper told me to do, which was to put the drawing down, surround it by the candles, cover it by the pink flower petals, lit the candles up and the last part.. I had to put a drop of blood ontop of the drawing.

I look at my hand.. tool the knife from the coffee table and slowly slit a small cut on my palm, when I saw blood i hover it above the drawing, when I saw the blood drip onto it, I backed away.

And waited for something to happen.

A minute passes by, still nothing.
I knew it.

nothing happened.

I left the stuff on the floor and went to go and heal up my now wounded palm. When I came back to the living room I saw something blue and pink glow in the dark.
I turn on the light quickly and saw someone with horns, weird legs and arms, wings, and a tail. "WHO-"
They cut me off
"so you summoned me? Great! What do you want? Fame? Wealth? Power? Let's get this over with, you woke me up from my nap!" They said while stretching their back.

"WAIT SO THIS WORKS?!" I hear my own voice crack, which made me embarrassed.

"Oh I see.. so I got one of these guys, huh? Hm alright, need me to explain how this works or do you know? Maybe heard from a friend?" They made gestures with their claws and tail while talking.

"One of..? What-! Wait! So you came to make a deal right?" I asked off guard.

"Mhmm.. so you do know! That's good at least, so what would you want? Hm?" They appear behind me, grabbing my shoulders. "Uhhh.. what do you guys take for such deal..?"

"Your soul, dummy! What else are we supposed to take? Your hair?" They joked while I gently got them off of me.

"I.. uh..hm... I dont think I'm ready to make a deal yet.." I scratched my cheek nervously and closing my eyes.

"Oh god, so I did get one of those guys anyway!" They groaned. "Why even summon me when you dont have anything to wish for!"

I just flinched when they raised their voice, which I think they noticed.

"..sorry.. anyways, since I'm probably gonna be here for a while.." they took out their hand for a handshake. "Fellixiane or just Felli." She smiles.

Slowly waking her hand into my own one, feeling the texture of it, which was surprisingly not so different from skin, shaking it somewhat cowardly.

"Liam.." I answered.

"Alright Liam! Nice to meet you, where can I sit while you think of what you want?" She asked, tilting their head slightly. I sigh shakily and gesture to the couch. "You.. you can sit here.."

She plops onto the couch, putting one leg over the other. Leaning their head back and closing their eyes.

It was quiet for about 5 minutes until I broke the silence.

"So... a love demon..?"

"Hm? What?"

"You're a love demon, right? Supposedly nicer than the normal ones?"

"Yeah... you're lucky to be even getting one right now, most of the other love demons are taking a break, we've been getting summoned pretty often lately. I just got back from a summoning yesterday morning." She chuckled.

I stare at her horns. She must have noticed because leaned her head towards me, to which I flinched.

"Go ahead, touch them if you really need to." She waited.

Slowly reaching her head, I put one hand onto the side of it, and the other on the horn, it felt colder than I expected.

"It feels like metal..." I whisper to myself. She giggled.

"Suprising, isn't  it?"

I gasped and nervously chuckled. "Just-.. not what I expected.." taking my hands off of her. I look at her outfit.

A sleeveless turtleneck, dark pink shorts and a dark pink beanie. Is she cold?..

"Checking me out? I know I'm something else bu-" I cut her right off.

"Are you cold..?"

She looked at me shocked.

"...what?"

"Do you need something warm to wear..?" I ask firmly, already getting up to get something for her.

"Oh.. uh.. no thanks.. no need!" She waved her hands in front of her chest.

"Uhm.. alright.. I'll be upstairs if you need anything..please dont make a mess.." I said while going upstairs.

"Aye aye captain!" I hear her giggle.
