San and Wooyoung are Mark's cousins. They has also been taking care of you too. They were abroad doing things. While Taeyong, Renjun, Jaemin, and Kun were no where to be found in a hospital. Hongjoong: "princess... I miss you...please come back..." *teary eyes*
