Umi Umi no Mi is a Paramecia/Logia type Devil Fruit. It allows the user to control the ocean waters. They are also able to create, shape and manipulate the oceans and seas and everything in them, including all the aspects of the oceans, from the purely physical ones and also mythical/conceptual ones, such as: capriciousness, hidden mysteries of the depths, and the subconscious.
(that's right boiss you have the power of the freaking sea... Well there overpowered in the tag so what would you expect?)

So I'll be beginning the story at exactly in the middle of the Paramount War.
