Celtia was born in the Oblivion realm of Peryite The Pits on Tenth of Mid-Year. She is half Aedric(Divine) and half Daedric. Her name is translated from Daedric and Aedric text and scripture.

She appears to look like an Imperial but has pale skin, very light ashen blonde hair and bright green eyes. When she was born, she received blessings and gifts from each Divine including her mother Kyne/Kynareth. And also blessings and gifts from each Daedric Prince as well as from Jyggalag.

Some became suspicious on Nirn when some saw Celtia have a bright aura about her. Her year of birth is unknown but she was seen around the times of the Dragon War. Not many were aware that she is the daughter of a Divine and Daedra.

Celtia kept trying to earn Akatosh's trust but he often sends her to the realm of mortals to see what they think of the Divines and Daedra. Some opposed the daedra but she didn't blow her cover.

During the Great War, she saw such chaos and bloodshed happen between the Third Aldmeri Dominion and the Empire. She saw how the first one was when it was established and would lend a hand.

There's times her path would lead astray by known beings among Oblivion as there was a few Daedric Princes who kept encouraging her to embrace her Daedric side more as they sensed she was part Aedra. Peryite learned of what they're doing to his daughter and would keep her safe from them.

Mara taught Celtia how to heal the living and also taught her how to love. Celtia was bad at showing her emotions as some male mortals looked at her and found her more beautiful than terrifying. Mostly in her Daedric form. When she transforms into her Daedric form or gives into that side, her appearance changes to where she would inflict her rage on anyone.

Her Daedric side is far more terrifying than anything. It was a rare occasion that she sheds that form on Nirn. She took part during the Oblivion Crisis as she served as court sorceress for the Emperor. She and the Blades didn't see eye to eye. They kept suspected she might have connections to Uriel Septim VII getting murdered but she confirmed she didn't side with Mehrunes Dagon.

Some of the dremora forces and other Daedra don't attack her even when she uses her mortal form. They sense what she is and leave her be. Other times she would make them obey her when she helped side with the Hero of Kvatch. Celtia was aware the Hero later became the new Sheogorath as she would pay him visits when she takes a vacation from The Pits and Aetherius.

Celtia has many allies with other Princes. All but one. Clavicus Vile she had issues getting along with as she often would go into arguments to the point where she almost tore him to pieces. Celtia and Sanguine often would cause mischief at some temples but Azura would drag them out of it.

Celtia had also taken interest on a place called Earth and often visit there. She often disguised as a nurse as she visits hospitals. She saw many humans were ill and fighting for their life. She can easily lift the virus and disease off them with a healing hand spell making them restored and breathing better. She would sneak in mostly at night fall to do this.

She is known personality wise to be kind, caring and a bit sassy at times. That's her Aedra half. But her Daedra half is full of malice, cunning and ruthlessness. Her wrath is ten times worse and her appearance changes along with her rage. There were times Peryite and Kyne would step in their mortal forms and pull their daughter away so things don't get destroyed.
